According to DailyMail.com, Kris Jenner reportedly wanted Kendall’s name first in the trademark name so that it read “CaKe by Kendall and Cara.” However, Delevingne reportedly felt slighted, as her name should have appeared first to make sense with the brand name.

Further complicating matters, Delevingne’s personal struggles during this period may have contributed to the fallout. She has openly discussed her battles with depression and anxiety, which could have affected her interactions and relationships.

However, they reunited during Paris Fashion Week in October 2025. A fan on Reddit posted a clip from a TikTok that showed Kendall adjusting Delevingne’s sweatshirt as Delevingne prepared for a show. Delevingne had her hair in rollers as she laughed and leaned into Kendall. At one point, Kendall playfully tapped Delevingne on the chest, and the two continued to smile and enjoy each other’s presence.

Fans on Reddit couldn’t help but notice the odd body language between Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne. While the two women appeared as old friends simply catching up, others noticed how they looked fairly comfortable and close despite their past issues. Others found their body language read more awkward than happy.

“They look like 2 exs who are seeing each other for the first time in a looooong time …[sic],” one fan commented.

“They look like they are acting & what’s happening isn’t genuine [sic],” another fan wrote. “I guess that is how their lives are.”

Others thought their reunion looked authentic.

Is it possible that Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner never actually had a falling out? According to DailyMail.com, Kendall squashed the rumors regarding the “CaKe” issue. She insisted that the clothing line was never that serious.

“When we went to Glastonbury, we wore those CaKe shirts, but we just got them made at a store down the street!” she once said. “It was never a real thing, just something between us.”

Delevingne also admitted to the UK edition of ELLE that she had “low expectations” for friendships in the modeling industry. But that changed with Kendall.

“It was very easy,” Delevingne noted. “I found that you automatically know if someone is trying to make an effort that isn’t real, and when a friendship seems contrived.”
