During her recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Sept. 24, 2025, Kim Kardashian shared a humorous story about how her mother, Kris Jenner, once set her up on a blind date under the guise of a job interview. Kim recalled that Kris instructed her to meet a “TV executive” at The Ivy restaurant, claiming it was a professional opportunity.

Believing her mom, Kim arrived with a résumé in hand, ready to discuss career ambitions. It wasn’t until five minutes into the meeting that she realized it was actually a date. Kim joked, “I was like, ‘I’m going to kill you,'” referring to her mom’s matchmaking scheme. Kris, who was present in the audience, added that the man had even mentioned bringing his Emmy Award to the meeting, which Kim found amusing.

Kim later admitted that she would still “trust” her mother’s “advice” when it comes to dating. Jimmy Fallon then deferred to Khloé Kardashian’s advice, as she was also in the audience with Kris. Khloé immediately threw her hands up and gave a swift response to why she doesn’t want to help Kim in the dating world.

“I’m not known for a good picker,” Khloé admitted, which garnered laughter from fans.

“Same, babe,” Kim added with a laugh.

Kim Kardashian is often private about her dating life. And Kardashian-Jenner fans have been waiting for her to announce a new romance since the end of her relationships with Pete Davidson and Odell Beckham Jr. In the premiere of The Kardashians Season 6 in early 2025, Kim teased that she doesn’t actually want to stay single for much longer.

“I used to say, ‘OK, I wanna be single for two years and blah, blah, blah,'” Kim shared in a confessional, according to E! News. “And that sounded great.”

“Me not dating and not wanting love and attention?” she continued. “I don’t think you know me.”

Kim then noted that she was “fully lying” after she said that she intended to stay single following her split from Beckham Jr.

Khloé Kardashian mentioned that she’d consider having more kids if she were married

Khloé Kardashian had an infamous on-again, off-again relationship with Tristan Thompson that ended due to his infidelity. She and Thompson have two kids, True, 7, and Tatum, 3. While speaking to People, Khloé admitted that she’s not completely opposed to having more kids. However, she’d want her personal circumstances to change.

“I’ve learned to never say never,” she said. “I don’t know. I think if I’m married and have a husband, then I would be open [to] it. But I’m not just having kids. Like, I want a partner. I feel very satisfied where we are, and I feel very full and complete where we are. But if I get married, and that’s, you know, something that we talk about, then, sure.”

She then added that she wasn’t dating anyone at the time of the interview, which occurred in April 2025. But she did feel some internal pressure. “You know, I am 40, the clock is ticking!” Khloé said.
