Khloé Kardashian invited sister Kylie Jenner on her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, in November 2025. During the conversation, Kardashian reflected on how she called Jenner while she was spiraling about daughter True’s hair loss.

“My daughter, True, had a really high temperature,” Kardashian started. “I posted about it last Christmas. And it was so, so, so sad. True had a 107 [degree] fever — so crazy. I never knew that if you had such a high fever for that long, months later — three months later — it will cause significant hair loss. True lost between 50-60% of her hair in volume. She still has hair. We took her to the doctors. It was the most terrifying thing.”

Kardashian noted how she was able to lean on Jenner during this difficult time. “Hair trauma is a big thing,” she continued.

Jenner noted that she could process hair loss as an adult. However, having the situation happen to a child “sucks.”
