Khloé Kardashian Says ‘Never Say Never’ When Asked About Having More Children

Khloé Kardashian adores motherhood, as she has a 7-year-old daughter, True, and a 3-year-old son, Tatum, with her ex, Tristan Thompson. On the March 4, 2026, episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, she addressed a fan question regarding whether she wants to have more children.
“Never say never,” Khloé said. “I will never say never.”
The reality star noted that to have more children, she’d like to be married and have children with her “new husband.” On the other hand, she’s considered how she has “more embryos in the freezer” and could potentially take on another baby on her own.
“And I was like, I don’t think I have the energy for another baby, but I do think girls need sisters,” she continued. “And it could just be how I was raised. I feel like Tatum’s gonna be fine, but a girl needs her sister. And I think maybe that’s because that was my experience. But I think I have one girl left. And I have been contemplating, like, do I just do this? Do it on my own?”
Khloé added that she’s not sure that she could emotionally handle another baby without a partner. “Yeah, I’ve just been thinking about it, because I don’t think it’s going to happen, because I don’t think I have the energy,” she reiterated. However, if she were to have another child, it would be via surrogacy. Khloé said she believes she’d have a “different experience” because she’d be “along for that surrogate journey,” as opposed to all the trauma that surrounded Tatum’s surrogate experience.”

In the season 3 premiere of The Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian discussed how she felt less connected with her son, Tatum, when he was born than she did with her daughter, True. She explained to sister Kim Kardashian that having a surrogate with Tatum was “hard” for her.
“It’s a mindf***. It’s really the weirdest thing,” Khloé admitted, according to People.
Kim also weighed in as the mother of children born via surrogacy. “I do think there is a difference when your baby is in your belly, the baby actually feels your real heart,” Kim said. “Think about it. There’s no one else on this planet that will feel you from the inside like that, your heart.”
Khloé added that while Kim felt that connecting with her surrogacy-born children was “easy,” she didn’t feel that way.
