Kim Kardashian has officially graduated from the California Law Office Study Program, making her one step closer in her six-year journey toward becoming a lawyer. Eschewing traditional law school, Kardashian embarked on this unconventional path in 2018, apprenticing under experienced attorneys and judges to gain practical legal knowledge. Despite facing challenges along the way, including multiple attempts to pass the “baby bar” exam, her determination has culminated in this achievement. Now, Kardashian has to face her next hurdle: passing the California bar exam. Here’s what an attorney said about when Kardashian is expected to take the test.

With her recent graduation from the California Law Office Study Program, Kim Kardashian is now eligible to sit for the California Bar Exam. Having previously passed the “baby bar” exam in 2021, she is preparing for the final step in her legal journey. Kardashian has expressed a strong commitment to criminal justice reform and has even considered transitioning to a full-time legal career, potentially leaving behind her reality television persona.

Attorney Goldie Schon spoke to The U.S. Sun about Kardashian’s accomplishments so far. While Kardashian made significant strides toward becoming a lawyer, Schon noted that she might’ve missed out on milestones that only law school can give.

“People say, ‘Oh law school doesn’t teach you how to be a lawyer,’ and that is correct,” Schon explained. “Law school does not teach you how to be a lawyer; it teaches you how to think. That’s all law school does. It teaches you how to think on your feet. It teaches you how to read something or listen to facts that people tell you, and take in what you said, and then dumb it down and throw it out to you.”

California’s bar exam is no joke, as the state has one of the lowest passing rates in the country.

Schon noted that she believes Kardashian will take the bar exam in July 2025. “I think it would be prudent on her part to do that because if there is ever a time she’s going to know as much as she knows, it’s now,” Schon explained. The attorney noted that Kardashian may have a rough time, as she has to remember “15 or 20” subjects she’s learned in the past six years.

A body language expert thinks Kim Kardashian won’t start a law career

Celebrity body language expert Inbaal Honigman told Casino.org/us that Kim Kardashian might not pursue a career in law despite her accomplishments. During Kardashian’s makeshift graduation, the expert noted that the reality star looked “awkward” and vulnerable after receiving compliments.

“When Kim gets up to speak, she’s not her confident, showbiz self,” Honigman said. “But she is uneasy, a little out of her depth. Shifting her weight from side to side, she is unsure of herself. Kim is seen brushing her hair back, which is a ‘please like me’ move, as well as a self-soothing move. Fiddling with the corners of her typed speech, she shows yet more nerves.”

Kardashian’s “nervous” gestures might show that she doesn’t actually want to “carry on a career in law.” However, she still might “use her influence, rather than her legal training, as an advocate for just causes.”

A source previously alleged that the reality star ‘really struggled with the study’

An insider told The U.S. Sun that Kim Kardashian had a tough time completing her law studies.

“She really struggled with the study, hated having to do the outlines and essays required to even be at a competent level, and it was going to take her a few years of study to pass the exams and a few likely fails,” the source explained.

The source added that Kardashian’s issues with Kanye “Ye” West made it difficult for her to focus. “Because he is such an unreliable father at the moment, she can’t count on or rely on him,” they claimed.
