In 2014, a viral video surfaced online showing a dramatic jet ski accident on a beach, leading many to believe it featured Kardashian and West. The footage depicted a woman narrowly escaping injury as a jet ski collided with her parked watercraft. Speculation intensified when the video was mistakenly associated with the couple. However, fact-checking organizations clarified that the individuals in the video were not Kardashian and West.
According to The Mirror US, the clip has once again made rounds on Instagram in 2025. “Never forget when Kanye West crashed a jet ski with Kim Kardashian on it (2014),” the caption reads.
To that, Kardashian commented back, “Never forget when the internet thought this was me and it wasn’t!”
