Kim Kardashian ‘Unlikely’ to Have a ‘Career in Law,’ Body Language Expert Says
Kim Kardashian has officially graduated from California’s Law Office Study Program (LOSP), marking a significant milestone in her future career. At 44 years old, Kardashian has completed over 5,000 hours of study while balancing motherhood and multiple businesses. And fans commented on her graduation ceremony, held on May 21, 2025, after she posted clips to social media. Despite her accomplishments, celebrity body language expert Inbaal Honigman says it’s “unlikely” Kardashian will pursue a law career. Here’s why.
A celebrity body language expert says it’s ‘unlikely’ that Kim Kardashian will continue with a law career
Kim Kardashian’s graduation ceremony was the cause of much celebration within the Kardashian-Jenner family. Kardashian spent the past six years diligently studying to complete California’s Law Office Study Program. While not traditional law school, she’s now able to take the bar exam in California and eventually practice.
“Kim is so proud and actually a little amazed that this event is taking place and that she is donning the iconic mortarboard,” celebrity body language expert Inbaal Honigman said of Kardashian’s graduation, according to Casino.org/us. “She places the established symbolic headdress on carefully, elegantly, her fingers splayed with confidence and openness. Her cheeks are raised as she smiles, which shows happiness, and her forehead is raised with an expression of surprise. She flicks her hair lightly, which says, ‘Check me out!'”
Honigman noted that Kardashian appeared “awkward” when complimented by the first speaker. She appeared to show “protective gestures” after feeling vulnerable. Additionally, Kardashian’s speech lacked confidence.
“When Kim gets up to speak, she’s not her confident, showbiz self,” Honigman continued. “But she is uneasy, a little out of her depth. Shifting her weight from side to side, she is unsure of herself. Kim is seen brushing her hair back, which is a ‘please like me’ move, as well as a self-soothing move. Fiddling with the corners of her typed speech, she shows yet more nerves.”
“It is notable that she’s using ‘open’ body language — she’s not using her arms to cover her body, and when she raises her hand, her palm is turned upwards,” the expert added. “Those nonverbal cues show her honesty and openness. Even though she’s nervous, she stays honest and true to herself.”
Honigman noted that Kardashian’s “nervous” gestures might prove she’s “unlikely” to “carry on a career in law.”
“However, the bold way with which she takes on a challenge that clearly frightens her shows that she’s aware of the difference that her name and involvement can make,” the expert added. “She knows she can make a positive change, and she’s proud that she can do this.”
This doesn’t mean Kardashian will want to completely do away with law.
“There’s every chance that Kim will use her influence rather than her legal training as an advocate for just causes, and perhaps even for pursuing changes in legislation, so she’ll keep a few fingers in the legal pie,” Honigman concluded.
