Kardashian-Jenner fans adore Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker for their down-to-earth approach to life and how they raise their son, Rocky Thirteen. Kardashian has made a name for herself in the wellness industry. In 2022, she launched her brand Lemme, which offers clinically studied gummy vitamins. Barker is also into health and wellness, as he has his vegan wellness brand, Barker Wellness. The brand sells CBD-infused products and plant-based items.

With this in mind, it makes sense that Kardashian and Barker would have a healthy (yet festive) holiday dinner menu. Celebrity chef Brooke Baevsky, known as Chef Bae, posted several TikToks showing her preparing the couple’s meal.

“Come with me to private chef for the Barker/Kardashian holiday party,” Chef Bae’s voiceover stated in her TikTok posted in December 2025. She’s then seen putting on her apron and sorting through her Erewhon groceries — one of the most expensive luxury grocery stores in Los Angeles.

First, Chef Bae put a homemade gluten and dairy-free gingerbread man cookie on each place setting. Then, she got to work making Barker’s favorite matcha latte with almond milk before starting on the “many apps.”

The first app that Chef Bae made was a butternut squash dip paired with twice-baked chili maple sweet potato chips. She also made chickpea focaccia bread in the shape of mini Christmas trees for dipping. Then, she made a pomegranate-molasses vinaigrette to go with a citrus, pear, maple pecan, and fennel salad.

After the apps, Chef Bae worked on a grain-free bread crumb to roll her herb chicken meatballs in. She also made plant-based pumpkin chickpea cakes with lemon aioli for Barker. The chicken meatballs were served with a roasted red pepper dip and microgreens pesto. Finally, Chef Bae made plant-based mushroom meatballs to serve over a white bean puree.

Chef Bae also made the ‘kids’ favorite’ meal

In part two of Chef Bae’s TikTok about cooking Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s holiday meal, she started with a dish for the kids. She explained how she made a high-protein, gluten-free mac and cheese, which the kids absolutely love. Chef Bae broiled the dish “to perfection” to give it a delicious, bubbling crust.

Finally, for her last two side dishes, Chef Bae put together roasted Japanese sweet potatoes served over an herb aioli with chili oil and herbs, and green beans with crispy shallots.

The private chef didn’t forget dessert. She showcased how she made a plant-based marshmallow fluff served on her famous chocolate chip cookies. While the desserts were setting in the freezer, she made a dairy-free white chocolate shell for dipping — and she used a natural red dye to make the shell extra festive. Finally, the chef whipped up a salted maple caramel to drizzle over her gingerbread spice cake. She served the cake with a coconut whipped cream.

Kourtney Kardashian previously revealed her dietary restrictions

Kardashian-Jenner fans shouldn’t be surprised to see Chef Bae excluding gluten and dairy in Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s holiday meal. In 2020, Kardashian explained her dietary restrictions to Health.

“In my house, we are gluten- and dairy-free; my skin is very sensitive, and if I eat dairy, it affects it,” she said, according to Today. “I love doing a keto diet, though I’m not doing it now. I noticed my body change for the better.”

Kardashian also spoke about growing up in the “super-skinny era.”

“Fat-free and calorie counting was the thing,” she said. “I don’t even think about those things anymore. No one cared about carbs; it was just (about) no fat. I didn’t know what was healthy or not healthy growing up.”
