In 2025, Kourtney Kardashian’s sons, Mason and Reign Disick, hit major milestones that drew attention from fans and media alike. Mason celebrated his 16th birthday, and Reign marked his 11th birthday, on Dec. 14. Their parents, Kardashian and ex-Scott Disick, publicly honored the boys with heartfelt social media tributes, calling them “two of the greatest loves” of their lives as the family came together for the special occasion.
Kardashian’s post featured her sons as babies without including present photos of the teen and the preteen. However, Kris Jenner gave fans a glimpse into what Kardashian’s sons look like now. She posted a carousel of photos through the years on Instagram, including a newer photo with Kardashian and Travis Barker’s baby, Rocky Thirteen.
“Happy birthday to our birthday twins, my amazing grandsons, Mason and Reign!” Jenner captioned her post. “Mason, I can’t believe you are 16!!! Watching you grow into such a kind, thoughtful, creative, and confident young man has been one of the greatest joys of my life and I’m so proud of you. Reign, you bring so much joy, laughter, and light wherever you go. Your curiosity, energy, and spirit fill every room and remind us all to see the world with wonder.”
Jenner added that the boys each have their own “unique magic,” and she feels “endlessly grateful” to be their grandmother.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker prioritize Rocky Thirteen’s privacy
Kourtney Kardashian involved Mason and Reign Disick on Keeping Up With the Kardashians at a young age. More recently, Kardashian has included her sons far less in The Kardashians. And she and Travis Barker have made it clear that they intend to protect the privacy of their 2-year-old son, Rocky Thirteen. Despite occasional glimpses, such as his rare appearance on The Kardashians, where his face was blurred for privacy reasons, Rocky is typically kept off social media and filmed sparingly to protect his anonymity while he’s still very young.
“Unfortunately, someone finally got a photo of him,” Barker told The Wall Street Journal about their son in 2024, who was photographed by paparazzi, “but we’d rather keep him out of the spotlight.”
“If I could do everything different, I would have done the same thing with my [older] kids,” Barker noted. “I think it’s weird to grow up and you’re 15 or 12, and you’re like, ‘Mom, you posted this of me?’”
Kourtney Kardashian recently silenced rumors that Mason Disick fathered a child
Kourtney Kardashian takes rumors about her children seriously. And she was quick to call out rumors surrounding her teenage son, Mason Disick.
“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child, and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true,” Kardashian posted to her Instagram Stories in March 2025, according to E! News. “They are not. Mason does not have a child. These accounts that pretend to be him are definitely not. They are FAKE.”
“My son really values his privacy, and I am asking all media to please be respectful: he is a kid with feelings and a beautiful life ahead of him,” she continued. “Please stop spreading false narratives and spinning lies.”
