Kris Jenner Has Had No ‘Good Offers’ on Hidden Hills Mansion, Buyers Complaining It’s ‘Overpriced,’ Source Says
The Kardashian-Jenner “momager,” Kris Jenner, listed her Hidden Hills mansion in February 2025. Purchased in 2010 for $4 million, the home boasts celebrity status and lavish features, including six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a striking black-and-white tiled foyer. Unfortunately, potential buyers have expressed concerns over the $13.5 million asking price. Critics argue that the price is steep, especially considering factors such as wildfire risks and limited insurance options in the area. Here’s what to know about Jenner’s bad luck in selling the home.
Kris Jenner is allegedly having trouble selling her Hidden Hills mansion for her $13.5 million asking price
Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans know Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills mansion extremely well. The iconic home was featured in the reality series for over a decade. Jenner originally bought the home for $4 million in 2010 and later moved out to live next to Khloé Kardashian in a $20 million home. Now, it appears that son Rob Kardashian most likely still lives in Jenner’s Hidden Hills place, though she’s been trying to sell it since February 2025.
Jenner told The New York Times that she has amazing memories in the 8,800-square-foot home. However, she’s ready to move forward. “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” she said.
Unfortunately, Jenner isn’t having any luck with potential buyers. An insider told The U.S. Sun that there have been complaints regarding the $13.5 million asking price, resulting in no “good enough offers” for the famous momager.
“People have complained it’s way overpriced for what it is,” the source alleged. “There has also been a lot of concern over wildfire danger and the lack of insurance available for that. The home is gorgeous, everyone agrees on that. But, in order to get someone to bite, they’ll need to make the price lower.”
Fans expected the Hidden Hills home to sell for more
Kris Jenner might be having issues selling her Hidden Hills mansion for her asking price of $13.5 million. However, given the collective net worth of the Kardashian-Jenner family, fans actually expected the asking price to be much higher.
“Not my average a** thinking ‘that’s it??’ on the price,” one fan joked on Reddit, with several others in agreement.
“I had the same thought,” another fan commented with a crying-laughing emoji.
“Thirteen million seems cheap,” another fan commented. “Here in Canada, we’ve got run-down shacks going for $6-7 million.”
“Isn’t that cheap?” another fan wrote. “For the way it looks and the fact that it has been on a really popular TV show, I think it should’ve been more.”
Does Rob Kardashian still live in Kris Jenner’s home?
It was reported that Rob Kardashian lived in Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills mansion with his daughter, Dream. So, does he still live in the residence as Jenner tries to sell it?
The U.S. Sun reported in September 2024 that Rob and Dream moved into a wing in Khloé Kardashian’s $17 million mansion, which is on the same lot as Jenner’s place.
“Fans never see Rob on the family’s TV show anymore, but he’s very much around,” a source told the publication. “When he has his daughter, Dream, he lives in a wing of Khloé’s house. When he doesn’t have Dream with him, he’s back at his house — the one given to him by Kris.”
The source added that having Khloé around is “good for Dream,” as it gives her a mother figure in the household when with Rob.
“Khloé is only too happy to help — she manages the dance classes, the nanny, the school, the playdates … they tell everyone, ‘This is our modern family, we want to bring up our kids together, rather than just as two single parents,'” the source continued.
