Kris Jenner posted a sweet tribute to the fathers in her life on Father’s Day in 2025. She posted a collage of photos to Instagram that included Rob Kardashian, Travis Barker, Tristan Thompson, and Travis Scott, among others. Most notably, Kris included a photo of Kanye “Ye” West with Ye and Kim Kardashian’s daughter, North West.

“Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, and father figures out there!” Kris captioned the post. “You have shaped, supported, and loved us in so many ways, and I’m grateful to have witnessed the love that each of you has for your children. To my son, Rob … you were born to be a daddy, and I am so proud of the father and the man you are. I love you! I wish all the dads out there a day filled with love.”

Kardashian and Ye share four kids: North, 12; Saint, 9; Chicago, 7; and Psalm West, 5. The couple tied the knot in 2014 and divorced in 2021. While their split appeared amicable at first, it’s grown contentious over time. Kardashian noted that she feels like a single parent, as she does the majority of the parenting while Ye spends time abroad. Meanwhile, Ye has slammed Kardashian on X and claimed she keeps the kids away from him.

Kanye “Ye” West’s relationship with his ex-mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, has been marked by a series of public and often volatile exchanges on social media. In July 2020, during a tumultuous period, Ye took to Twitter with a barrage of accusations directed at Jenner and his then-wife, Kim Kardashian. He claimed that Jenner and Kardashian attempted to have him involuntarily committed, referring to Jenner as “Kris Jong-Un” and alleging that they were “trying to lock me up.” He also voiced that he didn’t want Jenner around his four kids.

These tweets were part of a broader rant in which West also shared screenshots of text messages with Jenner, accusing her of avoiding his calls and making decisions without his consent.

In 2025, Ye slammed Jenner in an X post once again. In a now-deleted post, he accused the Kardashian-Jenner family of wanting his wife, Bianca Censori, to model for Kardashian’s company, SKIMS.

“They wanted to put my wife in SKIMS,” Ye wrote. “Every good piece of good p**** don’t work for you, Kris.”

Kris Jenner and Kanye “Ye” West certainly have their differences now. However, when it comes to parenthood and Jenner’s grandchildren, she made it known that she appreciates Ye’s contributions. As for Kim Kardashian, she had no problem leaving Ye out of her recent post dedicated to North West’s birthday.

On Father’s Day, Kardashian posted a carousel of photos to Instagram showing North growing up. And she didn’t include Ye in a single photo.

“My little baby North turns 12 years old today,” Kardashian captioned the post. “We were looking at pics today together and laughing so hard, you were so small. It’s been the most special calling being your mom. I love you forever and got you forever my bubs [sic].”
