Why Kris Jenner’s Boyfriend Corey Gamble Doesn’t Want to Have Kids of His Own
Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble made headlines after attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding in Venice, Italy.
A lip reader caught a contentious moment between the pair, who have been together for more than a decade, as they got into a water taxi. After Kris hurried to grab the taxi without waiting for other celebrities who attended the event, she appeared to utter “Tell them I said thanks” before getting on the docked boat.
According to the lip-reading expert, one of the water taxi porters then turned to Kris and asked, “You want to travel alone?” Gamble tapped one of the porters on the chest and said, “We’re happy to travel on our own. It’s what Kris would like to do.” However, the famous momager didn’t seem thrilled with her beau’s response and turned to Gamble, saying: “What are you doing? Do you need to talk? I told you … for God’s sake. I’d like to travel alone.”
They clearly weren’t on the same page there, which has fans wondering what other issues they may not agree on in their relationship, and where Gamble stands on having children of his own one day.
What Gamble’s relationship is like with Kris’ kids
Gamble’s relationship with Kris’ daughters has been complex.
Initially, there was some mistrust and concerns from Kris’ kids about their mother and Gamble’s 25-year age gap, and the fact that he’s younger than Kourtney, close in age to Khloé, and the same age as Kim.
Kourtney and Gamble used to be very close until they weren’t. Their relationship went from very good to not so good in 2019 after Gamble had a disagreement with Kourtney over how she didn’t discipline her children the way he would. That led to the Poosh founder telling Gamble that he’ll “never be with my kids alone and if he does that in front of any of us, there will be a f****** issue!”
The two talked after that to hash things out, but their relationship never seemed the same.
Fans have pointed out that Kris’ boyfriend has always seemed to get along best with Kylie Jenner. That was evident a few years back on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, as Gamble was Team Kylie when she and Kendall Jenner got into a fight after Kendall accused her younger sister of ruining her night in Palm Springs. The makeup mogul and Gamble have been seen shopping, going to lunch, and even attending concerts together over the years.
The reason Gamble doesn’t want to have children of his own
Although the topic of marriage between Kris and Gamble comes up a lot, Mama Kris has stated several times in the past that she’s just fine with not walking down the aisle another time. And apparently so is Gamble, with a source who knows him well saying: “Corey Gamble is content not getting married.”
So what about having kids of his own? Well, according to another insider, that’s not something he wants either.
“Same with having his own kids. He’s happy. He loves life the way it is,” the source close to the family told Hollywood Life, before adding that “He and Kris have had several conversations about it. [Corey] has not made any of his own sacrifices for Kris when it comes to children or marriage.”
