Kylie Jenner Confirms She Wants More Kids — But Not Before Focusing on Herself

Kylie Jenner shares two kids with her ex, Travis Scott. The 29-year-old had both her children in her early 20s. She said that when she hit the midpoint of that decade, she decided that she was going to wait until at least her 30s before trying for more children. While she does want more, she wanted to take some time to enjoy her youth.

Kylie Jenner said she eventually wants more kids

Jenner welcomed her first child, Stormi, in 2018. At the time, she was 20 years old. She gave birth to her son, Aire, when she was 24. After this, she decided that she would not get pregnant again in her 20s.

“I made a promise to myself at 25 that I was not going to have any more children — right now — and really just enjoy the last half of my 20s because the first half was like, ‘You’re pregnant,’ and then it’s the year of recovery, and, you know, my mental state, my postpartum depression, and all those things,” she told Who What Wear. “It felt like I lost some of those young years of my life.”

Jenner also explained that she wants to be able to enjoy her life without the challenges of pregnancy. Still, she wants to have more children in the future.

“In the last years of my 20s, I want to focus on just me, my businesses, my work, traveling with my kids, enjoying my kids, and then…” she told Vanity Fair. “I do want to have more kids….”

She did not say whether or not she plans to welcome children with her current boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet.

Kylie Jenner addressed rumors that she is already preparing to have more kids

Jenner has been in the public eye for much of her life. As a result, she said she is used to seeing rumors about herself circulating online. Many of these, she said, have little truth to them.

“I think that I’m so used to people creating their own narrative that I actually have to just laugh about it, and I really don’t care,” Jenner said on the Better Half podcast. “I just assume people will figure it out eventually, which is what they always do.”

She said that she has seen rumors that she is pregnant with her third child.

“I’m going to be in a bikini somewhere or I’m going to be out and the rumors will be squashed,” she said. “I kind of just don’t feel the need to say anything ever. I’m just like, well, it is what it is. I can’t, like, talk [or] comment on everything, so I just laugh about it and join in on the party.”
