Kylie Jenner Turns Heads at Met Gala as Timothée Chalamet Stays Home

Kylie Jenner is flying solo at the 2025 Met Gala. Though there was serious speculation that she and Timothée Chalamet, her boyfriend of two years, would finally make their red carpet debut at the glamorous event, The Kardashians star was on her own as she walked the red carpet ahead of the biggest night in fashion. 

This year’s Met Gala dress code is “Tailored for You,” inspired by the theme of the museum’s spring exhibition, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” which explores Black style and the history of dandyism. Kylie met the moment with a body-hugging halter dress with a sheer corset bodice and a long gray skirt with a thigh-high slit by Ferragamo. She also wore long, sheer black gloves and a black, silk wrap, and posed for photos with British designer Maximilian Davis, the creative director for Ferragamo.    

Kylie, 27, is a regular at the Met Gala, along with her sisters Kendall Jenner and Kim Kardashian, who were also in attendance at the May 5 event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Kim, 44, donned an all-leather dress with a dramatic hat and some serious bling, while Kendall, 29, stunned in a sexy spin on the classic suit by Torishéju. 

As Kylie and her sisters enjoyed a glamorous night out, her boyfriend was staying in and keeping things casual. On his Instagram Story, the recent Oscar nominee, 29, shared a photo of himself watching the NBA playoff game between the New York Knicks and the Boston Celtics on an iPad. Another snap showed him hanging out with a group of friends.
