Now, another plastic surgeon reveals that Jenner appears to have had more operations done than she discussed online.

Kylie Jenner has gotten more candid with her fans regarding her cosmetic enhancements. In the past, she discussed her first breast augmentation, which she had at 19. Even more recently, she posted the details of her most recent breast augmentation, which stunned fans.
While Jenner received praise for her candid admission regarding her surgeries, a plastic surgeon told DailyMail.com that new scars might indicate other surgeries. Dr. Sam Fuller commented on a photo of Jenner on the beach. According to Fuller, the scar appeared to indicate a breast lift, or mastopexy.
“This scar is not typical of just a breast augmentation surgery,” Fuller noted. “Typically, a very small one to two-inch incision is made at the center point of the crease in the breast in this procedure. But the fact there appears to be a scar extending along the breast is more consistent with a mastopexy, or lift procedure.”
Fuller added that Jenner could’ve had a breast lift and breast augmentation at the same time, as that’s “very normal.”
“I would say that she likely had this surgery at least six to eight months ago, and probably within the last two years,” he added. However, Fuller did not see Jenner’s scarring in person, so he could only refer to the photo of her at a Saint Tropez beach and an event in Rome, Italy, in May.

Kylie Jenner first publicly acknowledged her breast augmentation in 2023. In a candid moment on The Kardashians, she reflected, “I had beautiful breasts … just gorgeous, perfect size, perfect everything,” expressing regret over getting them done so young.
In June 2025, Jenner took transparency a step further by responding directly to a fan’s TikTok comment asking for specifics. She wrote, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.” That comment revealed not only the volume — 445 cubic centimeters — but also the implant profile (moderate), placement (dual-plane “half under the muscle”), material (silicone), and even named her surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, in Beverly Hills.
From a technical standpoint, 445 cc implants are considered on the larger side and typically correspond to a two-cup-size increase. However, final cup sizes vary with body shape and preexisting tissue, Renaissance Plastic Surgery reports. A moderate profile implant offers a more balanced, natural projection — less flat than low profile, but more subtle than high-profile options. The dual-plane technique she chose is often favored for delivering a smooth upper slope and better implant concealment.
