When one door closes, another opens.

Bravo icon Lisa Vanderpump is looking forward to the grand opening of her latest venture: The Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas. The new boutique spot is now accepting reservations for stays beginning in May 2026.

Lisa Vanderpump opens The Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas

The Vanderpump Rules star calls the 188-room hotel her “little love letter in Las Vegas,” describing it as “an intimate boutique hotel that is, in every way, an extension of everything I’ve always believed in: beauty, warmth, and the feeling that someone genuinely thought about you before you arrived.”

Rooms for most dates in May are already sold out, but there is still availability in June and July, with rates starting as low as $139 per night on some dates. The hotel – formerly known as The Cromwell – is right on the Vegas Strip, next door to The Flamingo and across the street from Caesars Palace and the Bellagio.

Vanderpump designed the rooms and suites with her business partner Nick Alain in a “beautiful mix of moss-green hues and touches of dusty lilac, creating a soothing palette with soft textures that encourage relaxation,” according to a press release. “Mixed metals, from warm gold accents to cool silver detailing, bring depth and sexy elegance to the space, while reflective furnishings help the rooms feel open, airy and expansive.” The design’s “industrial romantic” style blends the “rich textures and modern glamour that reflect Vanderpump’s refined taste.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum latest Vegas venture comes after she launched multiple restaurants in Sin City, including Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas.

Vanderpump has previously tried her hand at creating bespoke guest experiences in her Vanderpump Villa series for Hulu. (Season 3 premieres April 16.)

‘Vanderpump Rules’ star puts PUMP and TomTom up for sale

As Vanderpump prepares to open her first hotel, she’s stepping away from one of her signature businesses in Los Angeles. She’s put both TomTom and PUMP up for sale, WeHo Times reports.

Vanderpump co-owns TomTom with her husband, Ken Todd, and Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval. It’s next door to PUMP, which closed in 2023. Both were prominently featured on the Bravo show.

According to the listing with Urbanlime Real Estate and Zacuto Group, they buyer gets not just a restaurant and bar but an entire brand, as the “offering includes substantially all operating assets, including intellectual property, social media platforms, [furniture, fixtures, and equipment], goodwill, and proprietary operational systems—delivering a fully turnkey opportunity with unparalleled brand equity.”

The sale of PUMP and TomTom comes not long after Bravo fully rebooted Vanderpump Rules with an entirely new cast of SURvers. That show still focuses on the drama among a group of young employees at Vanderpump’s SUR Restaurant and Lounge in West Hollywood.
