‘Little Singles’: Meet the Cast of TLC’s Newest Reality Show
TLC is trying a different kind of dating show on for size.
Little Singles focuses on a tight-knit group of little people as they date, connect, and built community. It premieres Monday, June 15.
What is ‘Little Singles’ about?
Little Singles follows five friends as they reunite in Palm Springs after first meeting at a Little People convention. Sparks fly and friendships deepen during this group getaway, where they can live freely, without judgment.
“We all come from average-height families,” cast member John says in the trailer. “So we come together to escape the average-height world.”
On this once-in-a-lifetime trip, they’ll bond as they embrace their new chosen family and explore their different histories and forms of dwarfism, discovering what love, honesty, and true belonging mean.
Meet the ‘Little Singles’ cast

Who are the bold personalities at the heart of Little Singles? Let’s meet the cast.
John, 28, is the heart and glue of the house. He’s confident that his close bond with Stephanie, 32, and Sammy, 26, is unbreakable. But could a big secret break these “Three Amigos” apart? Stephanie, who has a big personality and an even bigger heart, and Sammy, the magnetic life of the party, are secretly involved, and John has no idea.
To complicate matters even more, Stephanie is on the hunt for a lasting relationship, while Sammy avoids labels, creating tension beneath the surface. When sparks fly between Sammy and Krista, 30, the charismatic “princess” of the group, a love triangle emerges, putting friendships at risk. Also in the house is JJ, 37, a bold and fearless Broadway performer who returns to Palm Springs after a past relationship. She’s ready to open herself up to love again while bringing an unapologetic energy to the house.
“I’m just here to flirt, have a good time, maybe make out,” JJ declares in the trailer.
Others are looking for new experiences.
“I’ve never been with a little person, ever in my life,” Krista confesses as the group lounges in the pool.
Meanwhile, Steph is hoping for more than a casual fling. “I would like to be married with a baby not so distant in the future,” she says.
But will Steph’s covert relationship with Sammy blow up in her face? One thing is clear – John is beginning to suspect his friends are up to something.
“What the hell is going on with these two?” he wonders.
Little Singles premieres Monday, June 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
