Who Is Los Angeles Clippers Star James Harden’s Girlfriend, Paije Speights?
After being selected with the third overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, James Harden quickly became a superstar in league. He was drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder and was traded to the Houston Rockets in 2012. The athlete played for nine seasons with the team before he requested a trade to the Brooklyn Nets.
The 11 time All-Star’s stop following his stint in New York was with the Philadelphia 76ers before a messy split sent him to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Over the years, Harden has made headlines for his life off the court too as he’s dated some high-profile women. Now, fans are trying to find out as much as they can about the lady he’s in a relationship with these days.
Here’s what we know about Harden’s girlfriend, Paije Speights, and the famous men she was romantically involved with before they got together.
When Harden and Speights made their debut as a couple
Speights was born in Detroit on Sept. 4, 1988. She is the owner and founder of the fashion brand Front Paije Designs. She also starred on the HBO Max’s reality seriesThe Hype in 2021 and ended up finishing in third place.
It’s not clear exactly when the couple met but they made their public debut together in June 2024 at the wedding of former basketball star Rajon Rondo and his bride, Latoia Fitzgerald, in Lake Como, Italy.
Following those nuptials, a clip went viral of Fitzgerald throwing her bouquet and it landing at Speights’ feet before she rushes to pick it up. She then hugged Harden who had a completely stunned look on his face.

Reactions poured in after the video began making the rounds. Fans found the face Harden made in the clip hilarious and some sports analysts even had a little fun at his expense pointing out how he looked after Speights grabbed the bouquet.
“He clearly froze in the moment like he tends to do,” Alan Hahn joked on ESPN’s Get Up show. “But one thing you’ve got to watch for though is how’s he going to give her a ring?”
Speights later took to her Instagram Stories and addressed the matter, writing: “I wasn’t even participating lol. I’m standing outside the circle in the back. The bouquet landed right at my feet. Hey, a win is a win.”

Harden isn’t the only NBA player Speights has dated in the past.
Back in 2014, photos surfaced online of her with former Miami Heat point guard Mario Chalmers. The two welcomed a son, Prynce Almario Chalmers, in 2018 before splitting up. Speights was also linked to Atlanta Hawks guard Lou Williams after they were spotted kissing at an airport in 2022 while on their way to Jamaica together. However, the two never commented on their relationship.
As for Harden, he’s dated quite a few famous ladies.
The Beard famously dated Khloé Kardashian in 2015. That same year, Harden was linked to Amber Rose. During an interview on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, the model was asked about that and admitted there was something going on between them saying they had a “special friendship.” They reportedly broke up soon after. The athlete was also tied to singer Ashanti from 2016 to 2018. And before he began seeing Speights, he was in a relationship with Houston native and social media influencer Jessyka Janshel.
