Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly got engaged in January 2022. However, by late November 2024, they had ended their romance. Fox reportedly discovered troubling messages on Kelly’s phone during a holiday trip, prompting the breakup. Just months later, they welcomed their first child together, a daughter on March 27, 2025. While their love story hit a pause, their new role as co-parents became official.

In October 2025, Kelly spoke on the Dumb Blonde Podcast about his relationship with Fox. He didn’t directly say whether he and Fox are back together. But he gave a clue that they’re still in love with each other and spending a lot of time together. With this in mind (coupled with their co-parenting), there’s a strong possibility that they’re back together without telling the public.

Kelly discussed meeting Fox for the first time and how their twin flame relationship developed into something “toxic.”

“That woman struck a bullseye,” Kelly said of meeting Fox. “And when I felt that sense light up, everything else went away, and I learned what it was to accept living. That was — it gave purpose to everything I was confused at why I was here. I’m forever grateful to God and indebted to the destiny lines that wove me and her together, because that was something where when I saw her eyes for the first time, it was like I had a telescope to every secret in the universe. And I think what followed that really proved what moving with love does.”

“When you have a twin flame relationship, you’re essentially looking at a mirror at all the things that you have run away from your whole life,” he continued. “It’s not like this grand waltz of love and gentility. It’s really, really, really dark at first, and it’s toxic …. You’re seeing all of the things that you’ve run away from this whole time, and all the things that those have numbed, and the music and the successes have numbed. And you’re forced to either look away and lose, or face and embrace, and that is the endless waltz that we are constantly in with each other.”

Machine Gun Kelly says that ‘people get sick of seeing you happy’

While speaking on the Dumb Blonde Podcast, Machine Gun Kelly noted that the “evil eye” took a toll on his relationship with Megan Fox. And he doesn’t plan on publicizing anything about their relationship, romantic or otherwise, moving forward.

“I think the reason that she and I have stepped away from publicizing anything in our relationship, down to photos of us having fun together, or things like that, is because we’re both really intuitive people, and so we feel the millions of hate that comes at you,” he continued.

Kelly noted that showing love was “cute at first, and then people get sick of seeing you happy. … Now we just don’t let it be anybody’s business.”

An insider says the couple hasn’t put a label on their romance

Fans will continue to speculate about Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox’s relationship. An insider told People that they “act like a couple” now that their daughter has arrived. However, they haven’t attached a label to it.

“He spends pretty much every night at her house with the baby, and they act like a couple, but they haven’t put a label on it or made anything official,” the insider alleged.

Another insider says their daughter “brought them closer.”
