
Who Is Minnesota Timberwolves Guard Donte DiVincenzo’s Girlfriend, Morgan Calantoni?
Basketball player Donte DiVincenzo was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the 17th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. He ended up missing the majority of his rookie season with a foot injury.
The athlete was a member of the team that won the championship in 2021, although he did not see action after the first round of the playoffs due to an ankle injury.
The following season, DiVincenzo was traded to the Sacramento Kings. That same year, he ended up signing with the Golden State Warriors before leaving to test free agency and landed a four-year, $50 million deal with the New York Knicks. In 2024, he was involved in a three-team trade that sent him to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Through every city and team change, one woman has been by his side that his longtime girlfriend. Here’s what we know about Morgan Calantoni.
How long DiVincenzo and Calantoni have been together
DiVincenzo and Calantoni are college sweethearts, but didn’t attend the same school.
Calantoni was a student at Temple University in Philadelphia when DiVincenzo was a student at Villanova University just outside the city. The two first met in 2017 during a basketball game between their schools. DiVincenzo played on the Wildcats basketball team while Calantoni was cheerleader for the Owls. They began dating and have been together ever since.
Speaking about his girlfriend’s support throughout his career DiVincenzo previously told the San Francisco Chronicle: “She just made sure I saw that basketball’s not everything. The NBA can be stressful. You carry it home with you. But this season, I’ve just really realized that stressing over one bad game isn’t going to help me. I just need to put in the work and trust that things will work out.”
What Calantoni does for a living
Calantoni was born in Easton, Pennsylvania on Feb. 18, 1997 to parents George Calantoni and Desiree Hartrum. She has a twin sister named Hannah, an older sister named Gina, and a step-sister named Samantha. Calantoni attended Wilson Area High School in her hometown. After graduation, she studied strategic communication at Temple.
While a member of the cheerleading squad she made the dean’s list four times, winning four student athlete honors awards. Calantoni was also part of the Public Relations Student Society of America and an instructor with the Universal Cheerleaders Association.
She interned at Vizion Group and Sidelines Sportswear & Promotions before working for the company as a marketing coordinator.
In 2021, Calantoni started working at Everything Clicks and currently serves as a marketing project manager, per her LinkedIn profile.
How many children they have together
In January 2024, Calantoni announced via Instagram that she and DiVincenzo were expecting their first child and showed off her baby bump in a few snaps. In April, they welcomed a son named Kai.
Following Kai’s birth, Calantoni shared a photo of DiVincenzo pushing their little one in a stroller and captioned it: “Life is so much better with you in it.”
Calantoni has continued to shared some other shots of their baby via social media including some of Kai’s firsts and sweet family photos.
