Months After Her Split From Dak Prescott, Sarah Jane Ramos Reveals She Was Cheated On ‘Repeatedly’
Months after calling off her wedding to Dak Prescott, Sarah Jane Ramos is done doing volunteer PR work for the Dallas Cowboys quarterback. While Ramos was measured in her comments about the relationship immediately after the split, she’s no longer holding anything back. She just revealed that she had been cheated on “repeatedly.”

Sarah Jane Ramos is done keeping things quiet. After an NFL WAGs Instagram account started a rumor that she was hiding a “bun in the oven,” Ramos jumped into the comments to shoot down the rumor. She first wrote that she was not pregnant; instead, she said she was simply eating again and feeling happier than she’s been in a long time.
Ramos didn’t stop there, either. She said she was doing better now that she wasn’t “getting cheated on repeatedly” and deciding to walk away. She went on to call out critics, claiming their interest in whether or not she’s expecting another baby was “high key very weird.”
Ramos didn’t bother to go into detail about the cheating. She did not name any names, nor did she reveal when the cheating actually went down, but based on her comments, it seems rumors that swirled around the time of the split might be true.
When did the couple split?
The couple called off their engagement in March 2026, just weeks before their planned April 10 wedding in Lake Como, Italy. Guests reportedly learned the news by email. The message said the pair had made the very difficult decision to cancel and apologized for any inconvenience. The split reportedly went down during the couple’s joint bachelor-bachelorette party in the Bahamas.
While Ramos and Prescott initially insisted that the decision was a mutual one, rumors that infidelity led to the split surfaced quickly. Page Six reported that Ramos had given Prescott an ultimatum over alleged “ongoing infidelity issues.” A source told the outlet that Ramos confronted him about cheating months before the trip, then discovered more infidelity during the outing.
Prescott and Ramos began dating in 2023. They welcomed daughter Margaret Jane “MJ” Rose in February 2024, got engaged that October, and welcomed a second daughter, Aurora Rayne, in May 2025.
Co-parenting their daughters
Sarah Jane Ramos might not have an issue calling out Dak Prescott’s cheating now that they aren’t together anymore, but the former couple still has to stay in each other’s lives. They have been working to figure out a custody arrangement that works for their family since the split.
After the wedding was canceled, Prescott went to court in Texas and asked for both parents to be named joint managing conservators, which would give each a say in major decisions about the girls. The pair later reached a temporary custody agreement out of court ahead of an April hearing, and they reunited on May 22 to celebrate Aurora’s first birthday.
Dak Prescott has not yet commented on Ramos’ cheating claims.
