Britney Spears’ New Dance Clips Have Fans Asking About One Mysterious Detail
Britney Spears recently gave fans a glimpse of a new red mark on her body. The pop star, who is often seen sharing dance videos on Instagram, recently shocked fans with a new update. While the mark was not clearly visible, Spears did not clarify what it was.
The pop star often pens her heart out in her Instagram captions. From taking a brutal jab at her family after her 13-year-long conservatorship to sharing what financial freedom looks like, she often takes her fans on a journey of self-reflection. In the latest series of posts, Spears had a red mark on her buttocks.
The singer wore a lacy bodysuit while dancing at home. She shared several clips in the same outfit and the same mark on her back. In one clip, she shared advice with her followers and wrote, “Protect your heart.” In another post, she wrote, “Ps I’m so confused … Is there a difference or different feeling when I dance to my songs and my voice !!! Hmmm.”
Spears’ new dance video came days after choreographer Brian Friedman recalled working with her. According to People, he choreographed the pop star’s I’m a Slave 4 U music video in 2001 and called her “unstoppable.” The 49-year-old added, “She was the best of the best. She was on top of the world, which is crazy to think that. She was 19 years old. She was just a baby at that time.”
Friedman often worked with Spears alongside Wade Robson in the early 2000s. The choreographer noted that the singer always knew how to put her own touch on the routine and make it complement her style. “With me, she didn’t really choreograph, but she knew how to make things look her own. And I think the gift of a great choreographer is when you give choreography to an artist, you choreograph it for them, and you have them in mind. So when they do the work, it should look like them, and it shouldn’t look like they’re trying to be someone else,” he noted.
Eventually, the choreographer began giving the Oops!… I Did It Again crooner routines that would look like her improv or her freestyle. Beyond the music video, Friedman choreographed various routines for Spears’ tracks. These included Toxic, Hold It Against Me, Breathe on Me, Till the World Ends, and Overprotected.
With Halloween around the corner, many have already begun paying tribute to the pop star. Paris Hilton appears to be one of the celebrities donning an iconic piece from Spears’ wardrobe. She channeled the pop star’s look from the “Slave 4 U” music video, wearing a green crop top and bejeweled bottoms.
Her sparkly ensemble included cowboy boots, several accessories, and Spears’ signature blonde locks. Hilton stood out with her look, recreating the iconic moment when Spears had a real python around her neck. According to Today, in the Instagram clip, Hilton said, “I always had the utmost respect for Brittany, but the fact that she performed at the VMAs with one of these around her neck is the most legendary thing that I’ve ever heard of my life.”
“Especially after experiencing it just in the hallway of my house, I can’t imagine being on stage performing in front of thousands of people with this around my shoulders. That is b—–. I love you, Brit,” she added.
