North West recently became the subject of a viral dating rumor involving rapper Ken Carson. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s 13-year-old daughter faced speculation that she was dating the rapper, who is double her age. Amid the controversy, a viral screenshot purportedly showing a conversation between North and her father about Carson was later debunked. 

North and Carson’s dating rumor took a drastic turn when an X user named @heisHIM3694 posted screenshots of the teenager’s text exchange with Ye. In the screengrab, Ye asked his daughter, “Why t- are you dating Ken kerson?” He further allegedly wrote, “I’ve cut off your allowance till you break up with that bum you’re too young for dating.”

When North fought back against her father, he cancelled her allowance altogether. The viral post claimed that North shared the screenshot on Instagram Stories and wrote, “I’m not a kid anymore I’m free to date anyone I want to leave me alone!!!”

The rumor also claimed that the teenager expressed her feelings in another Instagram story. She allegedly wrote, “Honestly, I’m tired of y’all treating me like I’m some little kid who can’t think for myself.” The amateur singer then appeared to argue that she will soon turn 14 and urged everyone to let her live her life on her terms.

A selfie featuring North and Carson further fueled their dating rumors. The Aishite singer also wrote, “Love my bf @kenkarson,” across the picture. While such posts were going viral on social media, many social media users questioned their credibility. Some users who believed it also claimed that Ye cut down North’s $10,000 monthly allowance to $200.

According to Primetimer, North is not dating the 26-year-old rapper. Notably, someone altered her selfie with Carson. While she has previously met the rapper several times, there is no evidence that they are together. Moreover, she has already clarified to her mother that she does not want to date.

In a recent interview, the teenager said, “Everyone’s in love with boys, vaping and doing all kinds of bad stuff.” She has other preferences: blue hair and piercings.

Meanwhile, North has been making headlines for her style choices. As she recently debuted her heavily contoured nose on TikTok, her fans brutally slammed the SKIMS founder. 

The teenager dropped a dance clip on her and Kardashian’s shared TikTok account. In the clip, she wore her usual black-and-blue attire as she grooved to Rihanna’s track SOS. Her thinner-looking nose did not go unnoticed, as many attributed it to her mother’s teenage lifestyle choices. 

According to The Sun, fans were concerned about North, with one TikTok user writing, “Poor kid that she got influenced by her relatives to believe her face is not pretty enough as it is.” They then accused the 45-year-old of “bad parenting.” 

Several other users chimed in, noting that children, especially teenagers, need parental guidance. They further suggested that parents set boundaries, as children can make as many mistakes as they want upon turning 18. A few fans were concerned that North was not happy with her appearance, which is why she altered her nose. 

North has been pursuing music and other creative projects. Her mother has continuously supported her despite West’s public objections.
