However, during one of her shows, she herself took a fall when she could not maintain her balance in heels. According to Hello!, the Life Goes On singer wore an all-black ensemble and was performing her 1998 song Dans un autre monde.
When she hopped on stage with one foot in the air as a part of her performance, her heels got caught up in her pants, causing her to fall. Dion did not let the brief fall affect her performance. Instead, she quickly got back up and gave her fans a thumbs up to confirm she was fine. She also had a smile on her face as she continued to sing and move.
Dion’s graceful fall appeared to impress her fans. An Instagram user wrote, “The most elegant fall. She is incredible!” while another penned, “Get back yo agaiiiin. Unstoppable!!! Go Céline !!!” A third one pointed out her Canadian roots, saying, “Canadians know how to fall elegantly. It comes from growing up in the snow!”

Dion’s return to the live shows came years after she opened up about her stiff-person syndrome. However, according to Variety, when she kicked off her Paris show series, she was in tears.
“I had promised myself not to cry,” the singer told her thousands of fans in the crowd during her opening show. Dion continued to speak with her fans throughout the show. Following her first track, On ne change pas, she said, “Here we are… I’m standing on stage in this city that I love so much, thanks to your support and your love.”
The 58-year-old continued to speak about her journey back to the stage at several points during her two hours and twenty minutes long show. She said, “I have to admit, though, that the road was rocky. The journey was longer than expected, with unplanned stops along the way. The singer expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her fans for supporting her throughout the difficult period in her life. “Thank you so very much for your support, your patience and, if I may say so. I am everything I am because you loved me,” she said.
