A fresh batch of new and returning shows are on deck at Netflix in March 2026. The highlights include a new season of a much-loved romantic drama, an adaptation of a best-selling series of mystery novels, and a new dating reality show that puts age-gap romances to the test.

‘Vladimir’
Rachel Weisz plays a dissatisfied professor at a small liberal arts college who becomes dangerously fixated on her younger colleague, Vladimir (Leo Woodall) in this limited series. Mad Men’s John Slattery plays her husband, also a professor, in an adaptation of Julia May Jonas’ novel, which is “full of sexy secrets, dark humor, and complex characters,” according to Netflix.
Vladimir premieres on March 5.
‘Age of Attraction’
Nick Viall, 44, and Natalie Joy, 26, host this new reality dating series, which features singles between the ages of 22 and 60. They’ll meet – and date – without ever knowing their partner’s real age. Connections are formed, but once everyone’s true age is revealed, it could cause some to have second thoughts.
Age of Attraction premieres on March 11. New episodes release weekly on Wednesdays through March 25.
‘Virgin River’ Season 7
Is Mel’s (Alexandra Breckenridge) dream of becoming a mother about to become a reality? She and Jack (Martin Henderson) tied the knot in Virgin River’s Season 6 finale. Immediately after, they were presented with the opportunity to adopt an infant – a huge development after Mel’s crushing struggles with infertility. There’s also the question of what happened to the missing Charmaine (Lauren Hammersley) and what’s next for Bree (Zibby Allen) and Brady (Benjamin Hollingsworth) after their steamy season 6 hookup.
Virgin River Season 7 premieres March 12.
‘Jo Nesbo’s Detective Hole’
Jo Nesbø’s bestselling series of detective novels about Norwegian homicide detective Harry Hole finally comes to the small screen in this Netflix series. Tobias Santelmann stars at the title character in this nine-episode serial killer mystery, which features Joel Kinnaman as his adversary (and fellow detective) Tom Waaler.
Jo Nesbo’s Detective Hole premieres March 26.
‘Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen’
A wedding goes horribly wrong in this unsettling new horror series from the director of Baby Reindeer and executive produced by the Duffer Brothers. The show the follows Rachel (Camila Morrone) and Nicky (Adam DiMarco) in the lead-up to their wedding. Plot details are scarce, but showrunner and creator Haley Z. Boston told Tudum it’s “about the fear of marrying the wrong person.”
