Kim Kardashian just stirred the pot by casting doubt on the Apollo 11 landing in The Kardashians.

While on-set for All’s Fair, Kardashian challenged co-star Sarah Paulson with what she claimed were “millions of articles” referencing disputed quotes by Buzz Aldrin. Kardashian pointed out that in one interview, Aldrin said there “was no scary moment” when landing on the moon because it never actually happened. “It could’ve been scary, but it wasn’t, because it didn’t happen,” she continued to a shocked Paulson.

“So, I think it didn’t happen,” Kardashian continued.

“I’m gonna go on a massive deep dive,” Paulson noted.

Kardashian framed her belief as part of a broader interest in conspiracy theories. “I center conspiracies all the time,” she said in a confessional, adding, “They’re gonna say I’m crazy no matter what. But like, go to TikTok. See for yourself.”

Sean Duffy, NASA’s acting administrator, posted to social media about Kardashian’s conspiracy.

“Yes, Kim Kardashian, we’ve been to the Moon before … 6 times!” Duffy wrote, according to TheWrap. “And even better: NASA Artemis is going back under the leadership of POTUS. We won the last space race and we will win this one too.”
