There’s an exciting update for NCIS fans!

CBS has revealed its full fall 2025 schedule, complete with premiere dates for the long-running procedural and its spinoff shows. The network has also confirmed when fans will see Donnie Wahlberg return as Danny Reagan in the much-anticipated extension of the Blue Bloods universe, as well as a date for the debut of Fire Country spinoff Sheriff Country.

NCIS is one of the longest-running scripted series on TV, and the show’s 23rd season is set to premiere this fall on CBS. And for the first time ever, it will share the night with the other NCIS shows – the first all-NCIS night in the network’s history.

NCIS Season 23 premieres Tuesday, October 14 at 8 p.m. ET. It will be followed by the second season of prequel series NCIS: Origins at 9 p.m. ET. NCIS: Sydney Season 3 premieres at 10 p.m. ET/PT. All episodes will also stream on Paramount+.

The return of the NCIS shows isn’t the only thing fans of the franchise have to look forward to in the coming months. On Thursday, September 4, NCIS: Tony & Ziva will premiere on Paramount+. The show follows Tony (Michael Weatherly) and Ziva (Cote de Pablo) as they go on the run in Europe. Three episodes drop on the premiere date, followed by weekly releases through the October 23 season finale.

There’s also some good news for Blue Bloods fans. Longtime viewers were devastated when CBS canceled the Tom Selleck cop drama after 14 seasons. The show wrapped up in November 2024, but a few months later, the network confirmed that it wasn’t done with the Reagan family. It had tapped Blue Bloods star Wahlberg to star in a spinoff series focused on his character.

Boston Blue will follow Danny Reagan as he leaves his familiar NYC stomping grounds for Boston. Danny’s son Sean (Mika Amonsen) wants to carry on his family’s law enforcement legacy but hopes to do so on his own terms. He takes a job with the Boston Police Department, and his dad has followed him to Beantown. Sonequa Martin-Green will play Danny’s new partner.

Boston Blue will take over Blue Bloods’ old time slot, airing on Fridays at 10 p.m. ET/PT starting October 17.

Also premiering on October 17 will be Fire Country Season 4 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, followed by the first season of Sheriff Country at 9 p.m. Following premiere week, Sheriff Country moves to the 8 p.m. timeslot with Fire Country airing at 9 p.m.
