In the United States, their primary residence is a sprawling mansion in Nashville, Tennessee. It’s situated in the exclusive Northumberland gated community, according to Realestate.com.au. This 10,925-square-foot estate, purchased in 2008 for approximately $3.47 million, features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a home theater.

According to TMZ, Urban “acquired his own residence in Nashville and moved out” of the family home he shared with Kidman in 2025.

Additionally, they own a Beverly Hills property acquired in 2008 for $4.7 million. It offers five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms within a gated community.

In New York City, they possess a duplex penthouse. They reportedly bought the penthouse in 2010 for $9.6 million. It boasts three bedrooms and two terraces.

The couple previously owned a 36-acre estate in Franklin, Tennessee. According to Galerie, they sold the property, which came with a 5,000-square-foot home complete with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, for $2.7 million in 2018. Years before selling the estate, they listed it for $3.45 million and later lowered the price.

In 2008, the couple bought a farm called Bunya Hill at Sutton Forest in the Southern Highlands. Nestled in the picturesque Southern Highlands, approximately two hours south of Sydney, Bunya Hill stands as a testament to Kidman and Urban’s deep-rooted connection to Australia. The estate includes a Georgian mansion built in the late 1800s and a guest cottage. According to Realestate.com.au, the couple bought the property for AUD $6.5 million.

In the heart of Sydney, Kidman and Urban have established a significant presence through their investments in the Latitude building in Milsons Point. Over the years, they have acquired multiple apartments in this 25-floor luxury high-rise, amassing a portfolio valued at over AUD $27.5 million. Urban reportedly bought his first penthouse with Latitude for $6 million in 2009. According to DailyMail.com, Kidman paid $7.7 million in 2023 for her sixth apartment.

The cheapest property they bought in the Latitude building was a one-bedroom unit on level four, which they reportedly paid $1.35 million for.

Kidman’s time away from Keith Urban reportedly raised eyebrows. According to DailyMail.com, a source told Woman’s Day that Kidman appeared to be “getting comfortable” in the UK, away from Urban while he travels with his tour.
