Kim Kardashian recently flew to China with several members of her family. The beauty mogul shared glimpses of her trip with her fans via Instagram, but her one move was not well received. The reality TV star came under fire when many pointed out that the traditional attire that her daughter and nieces wore was deemed inappropriate.

Kardashian shared a carousel on Instagram in which she could be seen dressed in a black dress in the cover photo. According to Tag 24, she wore a mini dress with traditional patterns with matching gladiator heels and a sleek bun. The 45-year-old also shared several pictures of Chicago, True Thompson, and Dream Kardashian.

The three girls were dressed in a red traditional dress with a modern twist. Their outfits had thigh-high slits on both sides. These pictures went viral on X, with several users calling out Kardashian for putting children in such dresses. 

An X user wrote, “They could’ve customized the dresses, made them longer with no slit,” while another asked, “Why do celebs do this to their kids? It’s so gross?” “Slits too high. Let the girls have fun in whatever the want, but you gotta be SO careful of the images of children you show online,” a third user penned. 

Some users also pointed out that the three girls were posing like adults. A user commented, “The poses are ridiculous for children.” “Breeding them for the next reality tv,” a fifth critic claimed. 

The criticism was no news to Kardashian, who is often slammed for being a neglectful mother. Such criticism mainly comes from her eldest daughter, North West’s styling choices. Her teenage daughter is usually seen sporting face tattoos, piercings, blue hair, and dark clothes. These style choices often receive criticism on the internet, with people calling Kardashian a “bad” mother. 

According to The Sun, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was widely scrutinized after North debuted her finger piercings last year. Back when she was a preteen, she showed off her new jewellery on her middle finger on social media. What caught everyone’s attention was that it was not a normal piercing. Instead, a dermal piercing, which involved a surgical procedure. 

In North’s case, a flat-bottomed anchor was placed in her hand. The snaps of her flaunting her piercing made it to Reddit. Many users slammed Kardashian for permitting her daughter to get a risky piercing. A user wrote, “This is what happens when you need to be your child’s best friend and not a rational adult.” Another one penned, “This is absolutely absurd. She is a child.”

Some also pointed out that letting a child find their own style is fine, but the piercing was too much. “Dermal piercings at 12 on your hand is wild. I’m all for allowing your children to express themselves and find their own style. But not this, not at 12,” the user wrote.

One of the critics pointed out that both Kardashian and Kanye West were making their daughter look like a 25-year-old girl. The user added, “Kim and Kanye need to be better parents. And North needs to be reminded she’s a little girl, not a grown adult.”
