Kylie Jenner ‘Jealous’ of Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi’s Romance as Timothée Chalamet Engagement Pressure Grows
Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner together make one of the most popular sibling duos in the U.S. Besides their ventures, the two sisters have been making headlines for their romances with Timothée Chalamet and Jacob Elordi, respectively. However, insiders claim that these romances have brought a rift between the sisters and made Kylie “jealous.”
The Khy founder has been dating the Dune star since 2023. On the other hand, Kendall was rumored to be going out with the Frankenstein actor for a while before the two made a joint public appearance earlier this month. According to Page Six, the spotlight on her sister and Elordi has caused Kylie “frustration.”
“Even though Kylie and Timothée [Chalamet] have been together much longer, people in their inner circle actually see Kendall and Jacob [Elordi] getting married first,” the insider revealed. They continued to share that the expectation is “causing some jealousy and frustration for Kylie.”
The talk appears to be taking a toll on Kylie. She is reportedly pressuring Chalamet to take a major step in their relationship. “Kylie is ready to get engaged and has made it pretty clear to Timothée that she sees marriage in their future,” the source revealed. The 29-year-old is not giving any ultimatums to her longtime boyfriend by asking him for a ring. However, she is making it clear to him what she wants in their future.
The insider claimed that the couple, who have been dating for more than three years, are not on the same page. “Timothée loves Kylie and is very much invested in their relationship, but he’s simply not there yet,” they revealed. Even though he pops the question, it would be out of pressure and not “because he’s genuinely ready.”
Kendall’s relationship with Elordi is reportedly much different. The source says that the Kissing Booth star is “completely all in” with the woman he is dating. He reportedly believes that he has found “the one” in Kendall and their “relationship is progressing much faster.”
According to the insider, Kendall and Elordi are moving toward a more serious commitment, while Kylie and Chalamet have a “fun and carefree dynamic.” The source claimed that the possibility of Kendall getting engaged first is particularly frustrating for Kylie, despite Kendall’s reportedly newer relationship.
Meanwhile, the news outlet previously reported that Kendall already sees Elordi as “husband material.” A source claimed earlier this year that the supermodel has dated other people before. However, it is Elordi whom she believes she could marry.
The rift between the sisters came after Kylie entered Kendall’s modeling world with the latest Victoria’s Secret fashion show. The businesswoman wore the Fantasy Bra, the most expensive one ever made. She walked the runway with her chest covered in gold and diamonds valued at a total of $50 million.
Kendall, who has previously walked the runway, was nowhere to be seen cheering for her baby sister. According to InTouch, several Reddit users called Kylie’s debut a “slap” on her model sister’s face.
Users speculated a rift between the Jenner sisters. However, Kendall took to her Instagram stories to praise Kylie. She simply wrote, “My perfect baby sister,” sharing a clip of the 29-year-old’s walk.
