‘One Chicago’ 2026 crossover airs March 4
The 2026 One Chicago crossover event airs Wednesday, March 4, on NBC. It will be the first new episodes for Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., and Chicago Med in several weeks, as all three have been on hiatus for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
For the crossover, the Dick Wolf dramas will air in a slightly different order than usual. The night kicks off with Chicago Fire at 8 p.m. ET/PT, followed by Chicago Med at 9 p.m. ET/PT and Chicago P.D. at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
All three episodes will stream the next day on Peacock.
What to expect from the ‘Chicago Fire’ crossover event
NBC has shared some details about the upcoming three-part One Chicago episode.
“Firehouse 51 is called to an airfield when a passenger jet suddenly goes silent mid-air, triggering a high-stakes emergency,” reads the synopsis. “Their discovery cracks open a bigger and deadlier mystery – one with consequences that could ripple far beyond the runway and put countless lives in jeopardy.”
The crossover comes as characters on all three One Chicago shows are facing some serious drama.
On Chicago Fire, Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) are navigating life as new foster parents. At the same time, Firehouse 51 has been dealing with the fallout from changes at City Hall.
Over at Chicago Med, Asher (Jessy Schram) and Archer (Steven Weber) are preparing for a surprise baby and a co-parenting journey. Meanwhile Lenox (Sarah Ramos) and Ripley (Luke Mitchell) survived a near-death experience, leading to an unexpected hookup.
On Chicago P.D., Voight (Jason Beghe) has been navigating a blackmail scheme from a higher-up in the police department.
