Pamela Anderson has fully embraced self-love in the past few years, appearing bare-faced and unapologetically herself at Hollywood events. The Baywatch star has quickly become a fantastic role model to other women and young girls. And she also has a funny and relatable philosophy regarding her love life. So, is Anderson single in 2026? Here’s what she recently expressed about dating and relationships.

Is Pamela Anderson single in 2026? She addressed her love life in an interview

Pamela Anderson’s wild days are behind her. She was once known for her whirlwind marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. The couple famously eloped in 1995 after four days of knowing each other. They divorced just three years later and welcomed two sons. Later, Anderson married Kid Rock in 2006. In 2007, she married Rick Salomon — and she married him again in 2014 after divorcing him the first time. The couple then got divorced a second time. Finally, in 2020, Anderson married her bodyguard, Dan Hayhurst, but they separated in 2021.

Most recently, Anderson was linked with actor Liam Neeson. So, are the pair still an item? Anderson previously revealed where she and Neeson now stood, and it seems their potential romance fizzled. She also stated her dating philosophy during an interview with AnOther Magazine in February 2026. Anderson noted how she wanted to “unleash the dragon” and have the “capacity to be alone” while still engaging in occasional flirtation.

“No, I just want to unleash the dragon. I don’t need anybody in my way,” Anderson noted. “I want to get it out. It happens at different times in everybody’s life, and this is my time. There’s that great Osho quote — ‘The capacity to be alone is the capacity to love.’ That’s where I’m at right now. Every once in a while, I’ll have a flirtation, or somebody will want to have dinner or talk about the future, and it’s titillating. It’s like, ‘OK, I’m good now for a whole year, thank you.'”

With this in mind, it seems Anderson is not currently in a committed relationship with anyone at this time.

The ‘Baywatch’ actor said to have one more ‘great love affair’ in her lifetime would feel like a ‘blessing’

While speaking to AnOther Magazine, Anderson reflected on how it occasionally felt as if people around her were not “rooting” for her, particularly when it came to dating. Ultimately, she depends on herself.

“You’ve really got to depend on yourself. And that has to be enough,” the actor stated. “I think romantic love is not sustainable, right? We all agree on that. I’ve had such incredible experiences and terrible experiences, but that’s what it is. I haven’t had anything other than that, and I haven’t seen anything other than that. I’ve had great love affairs, and if I have one more in my lifetime, that will be a blessing, but I’m not counting on it.”

That said, Anderson called herself a “romantic.” And she doesn’t feel bitter about her past experiences with love. “I feel I live romantically,” she continued. “I’m the bubble-bath-and-candle kind of girl who makes beautiful dinners, even for myself. I am learning how to do that.”

Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson were romantically linked following their work together on the 2025 comedy The Naked Gun. When the movie’s press tour hit around July 2025, romance rumors were in full swing. Later, Anderson addressed the rumors and confirmed that she and Neeson did hit it off — and it wasn’t just for the press. However, they didn’t sustain a long-term relationship.

Anderson spoke about her and Neeson’s connection on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. She said the “vibes were real” between herself and the fellow actor. “You know, you fall in love in love stories, in movies,” Anderson said. “You just do. And he’s such an amazing guy. But, you know, it takes two to tango.”

She added that she and Neeson spent some time “blowing off steam” and “enjoying each other’s company.”

“He’s a wonderful man,” she continued. “He’s so supportive of my career too, which is, you know, I’ve never had that, so it’s nice. I feel like it’s a healthy relationship. It’s a friendship. It’s a loving friendship, which is really nice. I really admire him.”
