It’s over for Quad Webb and Kirk King.

The Married to Medicine star recently confirmed rumors that she and her boyfriend have split after two years together.

”Kirk and I mutually decided to bring our relationship to a close in 2025,” Quad told TMZ. “While our time together encompassed many meaningful moments, that chapter of my life has now concluded. I wish him well. In 2026, I am focused on moving forward with clarity and purpose. Thank you for your support.”

Hints that the couple were on the outs had been swirling for some time. They were kicked into high gear after King recently commented on a photo of himself and Quad, writing, “I can confirm that I left that situation.” In another comment, he said that the Married to Medicine personality’s “luck ran out.”

Quad and King’s IVF journey strained their relationship

Quad and King started dating in 2023, following her divorce from Dr. Gregory Lunceford. King first appeared on the Bravo show in season 11. The now-airing season 12 has highlighted the couple’s attempts to conceive via IVF.

In one episode, Quad prepared to travel to Ghana for her third egg retrieval. The “nonstop” process of trying to have a baby was beginning to wear on King, he admitted. He also worried that they were in for another failed attempt at pregnancy.

“We’re gonna be hopeful, but we’ve gotta be practical at the same time,” he told Quad.

”The IVF has definitely taken a toll on the relationship,” King said in a joint confessional. “So, it’s like you get out of the honeymoon stage and then you go straight into this IVF process. … It’s been a significant impact.”

Quad replied that there was nothing like having the unconditional love of a child. But King wasn’t sure how much he was willing to give up to achieve that dream.

“But do you let it overconsume you?” he asked. “Or is there a point where we’re like, ‘Hey, this is practical; this is working,’ or ‘It’s taken too much away from our other lives outside of IVF.'”

“If we get the results that we’re seeking, it will definitely be worth it,” King said in an earlier episode. “If not, I could’ve bought another car.”
