We may have a new celebrity couple alert as Michael B. Jordan and British singer-songwriter Raye are fueling dating rumors.

The chatter started after the Sinners actor and the “Escapism” songstress were spotted together at Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park just outside Los Angeles on Aug. 7. Fan-captured footage shows them sitting beside each other on a roller coaster and smiling as they waited for the ride to begin.

An expert has analyzed photos and video clips of the duo’s outing and noticed a big difference in how invested they appeared wth one another in the moment.

Inbaal Honigman is an astrologer and body language expert. She has appeared in the media for more than two decades, offering her expertise and perspectives on current events and pop culture figures for several outlets, including Big Brother’s Little Brother, Elle Magazine, and talkSPORT radio, to name a few.

Speaking on behalf of Casino.org, Honigman told Showbiz Cheat Sheet, “Raye’s body language is excited, victorious, and even a little bit in awe of Michael B Jordan’s presence beside her. He struggles to match her vibe.”

Honigman continued, “She’s seen throwing her hands in the air, muscles tense, straight upwards into the sky. It is like a victory dance, intense and joyful, and her upwards stretched arms are welcoming and open. She’s throwing her whole heart into the move.

“In comparison, Jordan’s arms are raised more tentatively, as he twirls his hands creatively. He’s there and excited, but not in the same way Raye is. The award-winning actor expresses happiness too, but in a more moderate, protective way. He’s a little shy, perhaps aware of their lack of privacy.”

The expert concluded, “As the pair are seen side by side, Raye glances curiously and openly at Michael’s face. Her raised eyebrows spell interest. She’s over the moon to be there beside him. Raye is in awe, impressed by Michael’s very presence.

“Michael leans away from Raye, a little avoidant. He’s not leaning into the moment quite like his songstress date. If the two are dating, Jordan wants to take it one day at a time, while Raye is ready to write a whole bestselling album about him.”

Neither Jordan nor Raye have addressed the romance rumors. This speculation comes more than four years after Jordan’s last public relationship with model Lori Harvey ended. The two confirmed they were dating in January 2021 before reports of their breakup emerged in June 2022.
