The Real Reason Demi Moore Attended This Royal Family Member’s Wedding
Most royal weddings are star-studded affairs that include a guest list of who’s who in the entertainment world.
That was the case when Prince William and Prince Harry’s cousin, Princess Eugenie, wed her longtime partner, Jack Brooksbank, on Oct. 12, 2018, at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.
Several of the pair’s celebrity friends were in attendance for their big day including Ellie Goulding, Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler, James Blunt, and Robbie Williams. A-list actor Demi Moore was also on hand for the couple’s nuptials, leading some to wonder how she knows the bride and groom.
Well, according to People, Moore is good friends with the princess’s mother and father.
“Moore is a longtime friend of Eugenie’s parents, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, and Prince Andrew,” the publication reported. “She even attended a birthday celebration for Princess Beatrice in the past.”
According to The Mirror, “Demi and mother of the bride Sarah Ferguson became friends after Fergie developed an interest in Kabbalah, which Demi practices.”
Moore was also one of the guests invited to Windsor Castle for the lunchtime reception following the ceremony, which had been hosted by Queen Elizabeth II.
And for anyone wondering who the man Moore was pictured with that day was. He is the actress’s friend, well-known celebrity florist and perfumer Eric Buterbaugh.
