‘RHOC’ Star Heather Dubrow Lights Up WeHo Pride Parade
Bravo star Heather Dubrow kicked off Pride Month in grand fashion with an appearance at the West Hollywood Pride Parade on Sunday.
The Real Housewives of Orange County personality was joined by fellow Housewife Sutton Stracke on June 1, where the pair celebrated with thousands of revelers at the famous WeHo Pride event.
“WE LOVE US !!! and we love YOU !! Happy Pride everyone!!!” Heather – who donned a dress with a red bodice and a vivid rainbow skirt – wrote on Instagram. She also urged her followers to donate to The Trevor Project, a nonprofit focused on suicide prevention efforts for LGBTQ+ young people.
“You two are both so fabulous!” commented Sutton’s fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Jennifer Tilly.
“Love love love,” wrote RHONY alum Kelly Bensimon.
At one point, actor Cara Delevingne hopped in the truck with Heather and Sutton. She was one of many celebrities at this year’s parade. Other attendees included Baby Reindeer breakout star Nava Mau, Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause, Full House alum Jodie Sweetin, and former NFL player Chris Kluwe.
Pride is personal for ‘RHOC’ star Heather Dubrow

Celebrating Pride is personal for Dubrow, who has several children who have come out as LGBTQ+. One of her daughters is bisexual, while another is a lesbian. A third child is transgender. She’s said that a desire to share her family’s story was one reason she decided to return to RHOC in 2021.
“We’ve got four kids, they are different genders, different sexualities, and all at interesting places in their lives, figuring out who they are and where they belong as humans,” she told People in 2022.
“I felt like our purpose is to keep those conversations going in other families,” she added.
Heather has stressed that she doesn’t speak for her kids, who are still “figuring themselves out.” But she does want to share her and her husband’s experience raising their children. (Heather is married to Dr. Terry Dubrow of Botched.)
“Being gay or bi or trans — whatever it is — comes down to biology. My husband, a brilliant double board-certified surgeon will tell you that. It’s just like being born with blue eyes or being 5-foot-9. You don’t get to decide,” she told Today last year.
“As a celebrity — and I use that term very loosely — I’m trying to use my platform for good and to show people what my family looks like,” she said. However, I have to create an environment for my children where they feel protected. I’m not telling their stories for them, but I can discuss what our familial experience has been.”
“I get so many messages from gay and trans individuals saying they are estranged from their parents,” Heather added. “And I thought, maybe we can help some people. And I know we’ve been able to do that.”
