Katie Ginella of Real Housewives fame had a run-in with law enforcement. According to court records obtained by Us Weekly, cops pulled Katie over on June 3, 2025. They then ticketed her for driving without a valid license and using a cell phone while driving.

According to the publication, Katie had a valid license — but it was out of state. She later obtained a valid California driver’s license. Orange County court currently shows the case as “open.”

Previously, Shannon Beador, another Orange County star, was stopped and ticketed for also using a cell phone while driving on May 21, 2025. This occurred fewer than two weeks before Katie’s incident. If the two women were friends, they could discuss their identical issues. Unfortunately, Katie and Beador’s friendship ceased to exist after Katie secretly recorded Beador and sent the recording to her husband, Matt.
