Bravo Faces Criticism After ‘RHOM’ Excluded From New Season of ‘Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip’

The cast of the Bravo show was supposed to begin shooting new episodes in early 2026. But chaotic circumstances have pushed back the production start date. A source said that “so many things” had led to the delay for the Florida-set reality series, specifically “casting issues.”

While the problems have set back the RHOM schedule, fans shouldn’t worry about the fate of season 8.

“It’s happening,” the insider explained. “Just a bit late.”

Bravo hasn’t made any official announcement about which Miami Housewives will or won’t return for the upcoming season. But there have been rumors that Julia Lemigova and Guerdy Abraira could be leaving the show.

Last year, an insider told OK! Magazine that Bravo is looking to give RHOM an overhaul heading into season 8. The network “wants more Latin Americans” on the show, they said, and “Guerdy and Julia don’t fit that profile.”

“No final decisions are expected to be made until after the reunion airs,” the insider added.

Julia Lemigova had airport altercation with fellow ‘RHOM’ star Lisa Hochstein

There’s also reportedly been tension between RHOM cast members Adriana de Moura and Alexia Nepola, with a fight breaking out between the women during filming for Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip.

“Alexia was jealous that Adriana was performing to celebrate 20 years of The Real Housewives,”  a source told Radar. “She was so livid that she and Marysol [Patton] walked out during her performance. Due to this, Adriana confronted her.”

Meanwhile, Lemigova reportedly got into an altercation with fellow cast member Lisa Hochstein at the Miami airport in November 2025 while both were on the way home from BravoCon. Lemigova accused the other woman of bad-mouthing her to the press.

“After the crazy situation occurred, it definitely seemed like a setup,” a source said. “Lisa was mortified by the situation and wouldn’t have gone to the press with it, but once it appeared there, it seemed even more like a cry for attention.”

“There have been rumors Julia may not be returning next season to the show,” they added. “And it definitely seemed like she was trying to cause a scene to get some attention and hopefully have conflict to return to the show with. It was truly crazy.”

The Real Housewives of Miami is streaming on Peacock.
