‘RHOSLC’ Season 6 Reunion: Mary Cosby Will Address How She Feels About Her Controversial Church Being in the Spotlight
Mary Cosby has been under the microscope lately.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star is the subject of a new TLC documentary that explores the inner workings of her controversial church, Faith Temple Pentecostal Church. The Cult of the Real Housewife alleges that Mary and her husband, Robert Sr., are cult leaders who’ve used their role as church leaders to line their pockets at the expense of their congregants.
Mary Cosby speaks out during ‘RHOSLC’ Season 6 reunion
Mary did not participate in the docuseries and has not commented directly on the allegations she’s a cult leader. But she will speak about Faith Temple during the upcoming RHOSLC Season 6 reunion.
The three-part reunion kicks off on Tuesday, January 13, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. According to Bravo’s synopsis of the episodes, Mary will be in the hot seat during part two of the reunion, when she shares “an emotional update about her son.” Robert Cosby Jr., 23, has struggled with substance abuse and has multiple run-ins with the law, including a September 2025 arrest that led to him pleading guilty in December 2025 to assault and trespassing charges. He’s expected to remain behind bars until February 2026, according to People.
“I’d rather him be there than dead,” an emotional Mary says in the reunion trailer.
Mary will also speak about “how she feels about her church being in the spotlight,” according to Bravo.
The RHOSLC reunion was filmed in early December, a month before the premiere of The Cult of the Real Housewife. While Mary might not be able to address the documentary’s specific claims about Faith Temple, she may speak more generally about allegations that she’s running a cult.

“I refused to watch the foolishness, clearly it’s driven by jealousy,” another wrote.
“Family sounded like they wanted a check!” one critic wrote, referring to the fact that some of Mary’s relatives were interviewed for The Cult of the Real Housewife. “And even if you made mistakes in the past, only God can judge. We love you DOWN!”
