Rihanna continues to make waves in 2026 as fans eagerly await the release of her next album. And in March of this year, it’s her home that has fans curious. Gunshots were repeatedly fired toward her Beverly Hills mansion. So, where does Rihanna live in Beverly Hills with A$AP Rocky and their three kids? Here’s what to know about her expansive real estate, including the $10 million mansion she bought next to the other home she purchased beforehand.

Rihanna bought a $13.8 million mansion in Beverly Hills in 2021

Rihanna added another high-profile property to her real-estate portfolio in 2021. The star purchased a luxurious mansion in the hills above Beverly Hills for about $13.8 million in the same cul-de-sac where Paul McCartney lives, according to Hollywood Life. The gated estate spans roughly 7,600 square feet and sits on a nearly 22,000-square-foot lot overlooking Coldwater Canyon, offering privacy and sweeping hillside views in a neighborhood known for celebrity residents.

The home, originally built in 1938 and extensively rebuilt in recent years, has a modern farmhouse design with contemporary finishes. It features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms arranged around an open floor plan. The interior features French white-oak hardwood flooring, marble fireplaces, and large sliding glass doors that connect indoor living spaces to the outdoor courtyard. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and gold accents. And the oversized marble islands provide plenty of counter space.

The property is also perfect for entertaining, as it includes a cocktail bar, gym, and multiple lounge areas, while the upper-level primary suite boasts a large walk-in closet and a marble-clad bathroom that opens onto a private terrace. Outside, the home’s central courtyard serves as the focal point of the estate. It features a pool, spa, fire pit, cabana, and outdoor seating areas for gatherings.

The mansion sits behind hedges and gates for added seclusion. Other celebrities, like Madonna and Mariah Carey, are known to have lived on the same street.

The media mogul also bought a $10 million mansion next to her $13.8 million estate

Three months after purchasing her $13.8 million property in Beverly Hills, The Hollywood Reporter reported that Rihanna bought a $10 million mansion right next door.

The news source notes that this $10 million home was never on the open market. However, according to tax records, the family-sized home was originally built in the 1930s. It features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and over 3,500 square feet of living space. Previously, the estate was sold to a non-famous couple in 2015 for $5.1 million.

Inside, the home includes a spacious kitchen with a breakfast nook, a family room, a formal living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, and a separate den anchored by another brick fireplace.

The upstairs primary suite contains a sitting area, a fireplace, and a private balcony. French doors from the dining room open onto an outdoor patio designed for entertaining. Outside, the property features a swimming pool surrounded by a brick patio, multiple lounge and dining areas, and a built-in barbecue. The estate also includes a detached one-bedroom guesthouse with its own living room, kitchenette, and office space.

Combined with her neighboring $13.8 million mansion, the two properties create a larger Beverly Hills compound spanning more than an acre and over 11,000 square feet of living space.
