Romeo Beckham Siding With Parents David and Victoria Over Brother Brooklyn Beckham In Bitter Family Feud

Romeo Beckham appears to have chosen sides in the bitter Beckham family feud. 

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham does not want to reconcile with David and Victoria Beckham

Romeo’s older brother, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, has cut ties with their famous parents, David and Victoria Beckham. The 26-year-old photographer has accused the couple of “endlessly” trying to sabotage his relationship with his wife, Nicola Peltz, as well as prioritizing business dealings over family relationships. 

“I do not want to reconcile with my family,” Brooklyn wrote in a series of scorched-earth Instagram posts on January 19. 

Brooklyn has directed most of his ire toward his former Spice Girl mom and ex-pro soccer player dad. But the family conflict has also damaged his relationships with his siblings, including Romeo, 23, and Cruz Beckham, 20. (Victoria and David also have a daughter, Harper, 14.) 

In his social media posts, Brooklyn claimed that his parents had turned his brothers against him as the family rift has widened. 

“Even my brothers were sent to attack me on social media, before they ultimately blocked me out of nowhere this summer,” he wrote.

Are Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham feuding over Kim Turnbull?

Romeo and Cruz have not directly addressed the Beckham family feud. But Romeo has quietly indicated that he’s on the outs with his brother. In a New Year’s Day Instagram post, Romeo tagged his parents, as well as Harper and Cruz. But he did not mention his eldest sibling.

In that post, Romeo also tagged his girlfriend, Kim Turnbull. Romeo’s romance with Kim has reportedly strained his relationship with Brooklyn. Kim and Brooklyn are rumored to have briefly dated before he got involved with Nicola. However, she’s denied those reports. 

“I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,” Kim wrote in a social media post in June (via E! News), apparently referring to Brooklyn. “Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16.

Whatever the nature of their relationship in the past, Brooklyn does not approve of her dating his younger bother. He and Nicola are said to have questioned  Kim’s motives in getting involved in Romeo, according to April 2025 report from TMZ. That led to them skipping family events where Kim would be present, including David Beckham’s star-studded 50th birthday party.

Meanwhile, Cruz has also indicated that he’s siding with Victoria and David over his older brother. In December, he took to Instagram to address reports that the couple had unfollowed Brooklyn on social media. 

“Not true. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son. Let’s get the facts right,” he wrote on Instagram. “They woke up blocked as I did.”
