As hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious legal challenges, his children have publicly expressed their unwavering support. In October 2024, Quincy Brown, Justin, Christian, Chance, and twins Jessie and D’Lila Combs issued a joint statement condemning the allegations against their father as “baseless” and “absurd.” More recently, Diddy’s kids have been spotted in the courtroom. Now, a source says that Diddy’s kids want to project an image of wealth and success amid their father’s turmoil.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial began in New York City in May 2025. He faces serious federal charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The trial has already featured testimony from key witnesses such as his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and his former assistant. Several of Diddy’s kids have been present for the trial, including Quincy Brown, 33; Justin, 30; Christian “King,” 26; Chance, 18; and twins Jessie James and D’Lila Star, 17.

An insider told the New York Post in March 2025 that several of Diddy’s kids have been spotted on vacations and shopping sprees in the U.S. and abroad.

“They wanna look like ballers and project this image on Instagram and TikTok,” the source alleged. “But that’s Diddy’s money. I mean, maybe he gave them permission to spend it, but I doubt it, since he’s got all these people suing him.”

Photos on Instagram showed Christian with his girlfriend, Raven Tracy, riding camels and taking yacht trips in Mexico. D’Lila and Jessie also posted photos from the Caribbean island of St. Barts. Quincy and Chance were spotted on sandy beaches.

“Jet fuel ain’t cheap,” the source continued. “Every other day, these kids are getting on Puff’s jet, and every time they do that, it costs him thousands — just for the f***ing fuel.”

“They’re acting like he’s been convicted already. Or he’s dead. Like he ain’t coming back,” they added. “That’s the entitlement of these younger folks.”

Danity Kane member Aubrey O’Day isn’t afraid to condemn Sean “Diddy” Combs. She spoke out in the past regarding her personal experience dealing with him after Making the Band. As Diddy’s trial continues, she criticized him for allowing his children in the courtroom to hear his victims’ painful testimonies.

“The fact that the kids are marching up to that court,” O’Day said on the May 16 episode of Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ podcast Amy & T.J. “I don’t know any father that would want their children to sit through [that kind of] testimony.”

O’Day said she feels Diddy selfishly wants his kids there to project a more wholesome image for himself.

“In my opinion,” she continued, “it feels like, ‘Daddy needs you in court because Daddy needs all the optics to look in his favor.'”

The hip-hop mogul is having trouble selling his LA estate

Sean “Diddy” Combs might be hurting for money from his federal trial. Unfortunately for him, he’s having trouble selling his sprawling 17,000-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles, listed at $61.5 million. The home has been on the market for over eight months without a buyer.

The Holmby Hills estate, featuring 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a wine cellar, and a 35-seat movie theater, was raided by federal agents in March 2024 during an investigation into Diddy’s alleged involvement in illicit activities. Despite its luxurious amenities, potential buyers feel uncertain due to the property’s association with the ongoing legal case.

Previously, a source told In Touch Weekly that Diddy “has no choice” but to try and sell the place.

“Defending him against these serious charges is a huge undertaking, and it’s gotten very expensive,” the insider alleged. “He will hate to part with it, but he has no other choice.”
