Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Mansion Has Only Received 1 Offer After Nearly a Year on the Market
Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, once a towering figure in hip-hop and entertainment, now finds himself in one of the most pivotal chapters of his life as he’s incarcerated and awaiting sentencing. Convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, Combs is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. The judge denied him bail amid concerns over his potential flight risk and history of violence. As he prepares for sentencing in October, we’re checking up on his Los Angeles estate. Here’s how many offers he’s received so far.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has still only received 1 offer on his LA mansion nearly a year after he listed it for sale
Sean “Diddy” Combs listed his sprawling Holmby Hills estate for $61.5 million in September 2024. He paid approximately $39 million for the mansion in 2014. Nestled on 1.3 acres behind private gates, the European-style megamansion spans around 17,000 square feet and includes 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It also includes a 35-seat home theater, wine cellar, gym, and recording studio. The home boasts a lavish spa outbuilding complete with its own beauty salon. Outdoor amenities elevate the experience, too. The estate includes a grotto-style pool with a waterfall, a basketball court, beautifully landscaped formal gardens, and an outdoor loggia fitted with a BBQ, bar, and pizza oven.
Combs listed the mansion just days after Homeland Security raided it in connection with a federal sex-trafficking investigation. Real estate experts say that much of Los Angeles’s high-end clientele has since shied away from the listing. Indeed, offers have been sparse and considerably under the asking price. One investor presented a $30 million bid to rehabilitate the property’s image, but even that hasn’t gained traction.
Benzinga and Yahoo Finance report that after 319 days on the market, the home remains for sale. And it still only had that one potential buyer. We’re anxious to see whether Combs has more luck selling his property post-sentencing.
