Aaron Rodgers hasn’t played for the Green Bay Packers since 2022, so it should come as no surprise that he’s selling off the Wisconsin home he bought a decade ago.

After leaving the Packers, Rodgers continued his playing career with the New York Jets before signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers. But he still kept a house right by Lambeau Field. Now, the signal caller is saying goodbye to that residence.

Rodgers has listed his longtime pad in Oneida, Wisconsin, for $3.7 million. The athlete bought the property in 2015 for $1.73 million.

The property at 1250 Thayer Trail sits on more than five acres of land and is a 10,529-square-foot single-family home featuring four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It has several amenities, including an elevator, a butler’s pantry, large walk-in closets, a movie theater, a wet bar, a dedicated wine room, and a billiards room. And that’s just the inside. Outside, you’ll find a basketball court, a tennis and pickleball court, a greenhouse, and a fire pit.

Shortly after the Packers drafted Rodgers in 2005, he purchased a four-bedroom home in Suamico, Wisconsin, for $442,500. He then sold that in 2017 for a loss of just over $17,500.

When he signed with the Steelers, the quarterback snatched up a stunning equestrian mansion, which includes a private par-3 golf course and pool complex.
