Simone Biles is taking her love for Texas to the next level with her stunning custom-built home, designed to reflect both luxury and personal style. Nestled in a private, serene neighborhood, the property showcases a modern yet warm aesthetic, blending expansive indoor spaces with thoughtfully landscaped outdoor areas. Recently, Biles gave fans a peek at the home via Instagram, where she also seemed to confirm her breast augmentation. Here’s what to know about the Olympic gymnast’s new home, including its exclusive features.
Simone Biles’ custom Texas home has features that cater to her gymnastics background
Simone Biles and her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, have unveiled their long-awaited custom-built mansion in Spring, Texas, marking the culmination of a two-year construction journey. The 17,000-square-foot residence is situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac near the World Champions Centre, which Biles’ parents own. The couple began construction in September 2023, aiming to create a home that blends luxury with functionality.
Frontier Custom Builders, a construction company based in Houston, gave all the details. The mansion boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an array of high-end amenities. Notable features include a gourmet kitchen with wooden cabinetry and a waterfall island, and an expansive living area with double-height ceilings and sliding glass doors, offering lake views. Additionally, the home has a luxurious wet room adorned with marble finishes.
For Biles’ wardrobe and accolades, the home boasts a boutique-style walk-in closet with glass-front shelves. Entertainment options are plentiful, with an upper-level game room, home theater, wet bar, and multiple balconies overlooking the waterfront.
The backyard is equally impressive. According to People, it features a black-and-white tiled pool with an attached hot tub, a uniquely patterned basketball court, and an in-ground trampoline. Biles celebrated the completion of these outdoor spaces by performing her first flip in a year on the trampoline, sharing the moment with her followers on Instagram.
The Olympian previously displayed the ‘minor’ adjustments she made to the home before its completion
Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens waited several years for the completion of their Texas home. And Biles took her social media followers along for the ride.
In September 2025, Realtor.com noted that Biles posted some “minor” tweaks that were happening within the home. She posted photos of the entertainment room with wooden panels covering the floor and wires sticking out of the walls. The photos also showed bare shelving units.
“Making some minor aesthetic adjustments,” she posted in the first photo, adding, “& by minor I meannnnn …,” to the next photo as a cheeky nod to all of the work that needed to get done.
While speaking to People in May 2025, Biles expressed how she hoped to move in soon.
“Only the [homeowner association] has vetoed a lot of stuff,” Biles admitted at the time. “But other than that, I mean, I think we’ve done a good collab of what we wanted our house to look like. So hopefully we’ll be able to move in soon.”
Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens also bought a home in Chicago
Simone Biles’ new custom-built Texas home is certainly her most impressive property. But that’s not her only home. While awaiting the final touches on their Texas property, Biles and Owens secured a residence in Chicago to accommodate Owens’ NFL commitments. This strategic move ensured that they maintained a balance between their professional obligations and personal lives, with the Texas mansion poised to become their primary residence.
While specific details about their Chicago home remain private, Biles has shared glimpses of their life in the city, including moments of exploration and settling in. In May 2025, she revealed on Instagram that they had found the new Chicago abode, according to Realtor.com. Then, in October, she posted about shopping for a new car for their Chicago home.
