Whether cheering him on at games, sharing glimpses of their life on social media, or celebrating his professional milestones, Biles consistently makes it clear that she’s his biggest fan. While her fans know her as the gymnastics GOAT for Team USA, she now shares these other aspects of her life on TikTok. And in December 2025, she shared an inside look at the glam routine she goes through ahead of a Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers game.

“We are getting ready for Bears vs. Packers,” Biles says in a TikTok as her hairstylist is braiding her hair. “It’s a big rivalry game today.” She then pans the camera to show how she has three members of her glam squad in the room with her to help her get ready for the big game.

After Biles has her hair braided, one of her makeup artists is seen applying concealer and foundation on the gymnast’s face. The makeup artist utilizes contouring techniques on Biles’ face. Additionally, the Olympian had makeup on her eyes already completed. Her eye makeup included a blush-colored eyeshadow, black winged eyeliner, and fake eyelashes.

“We are getting inches today, honey!” Biles says as her hair extensions are put in. Her glam team then finishes her extensions and straightens them to blend in with the rest of her hair.

“Here is the final glam,” she says at the end of the video with her hair and makeup complete. She’s also wearing a gray shirt with her husband’s name bedazzled on the front with a matching “36” hat to go with his jersey number. To complete the look, Biles sports a double-strand diamond necklace.

Simone Biles didn’t always have a glam team to rely on. In the past, she told Vogue that she’d do her own makeup for competitions — and she’d typically go for a “gold look.”

“I just kind of slap it on there,” she said of her glittery Pat McGrath eye shadow. For eyeliner, she used Fenty, and she added Marc Jacobs’s volumizing mascara on her upper and lower lashes.

While Biles enjoyed doing her makeup, she admitted that it didn’t matter what she looked like while competing. “Going into a competition, does makeup make me feel better? Yes,” she said. “But it’s what I do out there on the floor that really, really matters.”
