In November 2025, Biles revealed that her custom-built home located on a lake outside of Houston if finally complete after three years of construction. Now, fans get to catch a glimpse of the inside of the home via Biles’ social media. Simone Biles and her husband, NFL star Jonathan Owens, have officially completed their long-gestating custom-built lakefront mansion in Texas, solidifying their next big life milestone. After years of carefully crafting every inch, from the design process that began in 2020 through HOA delays and nearly three years of construction, the couple celebrated the house’s completion on Nov. 11, 2025.

The sprawling estate is a masterclass in luxury and personality. According to People, the kitchen features two oversized islands with waterfall countertops, while the black-and-white marble accents carry through to a dedicated dog room tiled to match the pool. The kitchen also features floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, professional-grade appliances, and an open-concept layout that flows directly into their living space.

Biles’ home also features a laundry room with four machines, allowing both to tackle laundry at once. The massive primary bathroom has a freestanding tub, and outdoor amenities include a trampoline built into the ground and a lake-facing pool with a spa.

Biles posted black-and-white photos to Instagram of her and Owens eating pizza in their stunning kitchen. The couple is dressed casually as they sit atop the island, sharing a meal and feeding each other. Both Owens and Biles’ feet are dangling, and fans can see just how huge their black and white marble countertop is. The matching backsplash can also be seen behind them, giving the kitchen a totally cohesive look. To fit the color scheme, the couple chose white kitchen cabinets and light wood flooring.

Simone Biles discussed her Texas mansion build with People in May 2025, several months before its completion.

“Only the [homeowner association] has vetoed a lot of stuff,” Biles said when the publication asked if she or Jonathan Owens vetoed ideas. “But other than that, I mean, I think we’ve done a good collab of what we wanted our house to look like. So hopefully we’ll be able to move in soon.”

At the time, Biles noted she hoped to move into the home “very soon.” However, she would still have to wait six months before the house was move-in ready.

Though the exact ownership status is unclear, with some reports suggesting they may be renting, the Chicago home reflects the couple’s refined taste.
