More recently, she admitted on TikTok to having three total surgeries, one of which was on her breasts. Now, she’s explaining why she wanted to get the surgery done in the first place. Simone Biles recently took to TikTok to speak openly about her plastic surgery experiences. In the candid video, the Olympic champion addressed rumors directly, confirming that she had undergone a breast augmentation and emphasizing that the decision was entirely her own. She also admitted to getting a lower blepharoplasty to deal with her hereditary eye bags. Additionally, Biles had surgery on her earlobe due to an earring getting ripped out of her ear as a child.
Biles spoke to People in November 2025 about her decision to get the highly-discussed breast augmentation. As an Olympic athlete, many fans assumed this was Biles’ way of saying she’s officially retired from the sport. Biles emphasized that she decided on surgery all on her own to enhance the way she personally felt about her body — but she never “didn’t like” how she felt.
“OK, obviously you can notice the breasts,” she said. “But other than that, it’s just feeling good about yourself and loving yourself, and I’ve always been very vocal about that.”
“And not that I didn’t like the way I looked or the way I felt,” she clarified. “It’s just something that I notice obviously a little bit more because I live in this body. I’m just so used to it.”
Biles added that she hoped her openness about surgery “shows young girls that they have the right to their own choices” without shame.
“Social media is not real, so that’s why I try to be as transparent as possible,” she continued.
