The doctor decided that getting the implants under the muscle “would be the best option” for Biles based on Biles’ inspiration photos for the most “natural look.”
Biles also gave all the details about the implants themselves: 310cc, high profile, extra filled, and silicone. The Olympian noted that her small frame and “very broad shoulders” influenced what kind of implants she was able to get. “My shoulders are quite literally the biggest part of my body,” she said. Additionally, while she considered 330cc breasts, they wouldn’t fit.
When it came to recovering from surgery, Biles commented on the difficulty. “Ya’ll lied,” she said. “This s*** hurts so bad.” She explained how she couldn’t move on her own and needed her husband’s assistance to get around. “My recovery was rough,” Biles added, noting that her muscular body type may have added to the difficult recovery.
“They were to my neck,” Biles said of the initial result. “I did freak out. And I did talk to my doctor and was like, ‘Take them out. They need to be smaller, blah, blah, blah,’ because they looked like aliens at first. … But now they’re perfect.”

Jenner answered: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
Jenner never revealed the details of the implants before this comment. However, she previously discussed how she regretted getting a breast augmentation at 19.
“You know, I got my breasts done before Stormi,” she told her friend Stassi on The Kardashians, according to Cosmopolitan. “I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits. Sat perfectly — just gorgeous. Like, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children. Obviously, I have a daughter, too, I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19.”
