Javi Marroquin rose to public attention through his relationship with reality TV star Kailyn Lowry, best known for her role on MTV’s Teen Mom 2. The two met in the early 2010s and quickly developed a romantic relationship that led to their marriage in 2012. Teen Mom star Javi Marroquin is ready to tell all regarding his true feelings about Kailyn Lowry.

“I’m sick of [people saying], ‘Don’t do this on the Internet,'” Javi said on Instagram Live on June 2, 2025. “I’m sick of it because I stayed quiet for years … on the behavior [of Kail’s] that’s condoned. The behavior that’s condoned by you guys that follow this person; the behavior that’s enabled. So, ‘Don’t do it on the Internet?’ This is the only way this is going to get through!”

Javi called out Kailyn for her alleged bad parenting of their son, Lincoln, 11. “I’ve been having my concerns,” Javi noted, adding that Kailyn misses picking Lincoln up from school and is late to their son’s sporting events. “[She] doesn’t know about Lincoln’s events, so an hour before gametime, I have to scramble around it.”

Javi noted that he could forgive these aspects of Kailyn’s parenting. But he then dropped a bombshell.

“Shows up this past weekend with a new boyfriend,” he continued. “Shows up 40 minutes late to practice to show up to practice with this guy. When she broke up with [Elijah], Lincoln literally cried in bed to me. … I told him, listen, dude, everybody makes mistakes, because I’ve made mistakes. I did that. … It’s up to Elijah to fix it, build that trust again, you know, just try to get him through it, right? I brought that up to her. I said, ‘Did you know how upset he was?’ … Now, knowing that, as a mother, how can you … bring another man into his life … two months [later]?”

Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry began dating Elijah Scott in 2021. Elijah, a former neighbor of Kailyn’s, moved in with her not long after they started dating, and their connection quickly became serious. Though Kailyn initially stayed quiet about the relationship on social media and her podcast, she later confirmed they were together and even welcomed children with him, including twins in late 2023. Unfortunately, cheating rumors swirled around Elijah in March 2025, and the couple broke off their engagement.

Javi Marroquin slammed Kailyn on Instagram Live for allegedly allowing another man to move into her home so soon after her breakup.

“Word on the street, allegedly, is this man is moving in,” Javi continued. “This man has sold his stuff in Pennsylvania to move to Delaware. … So, you’re telling me my son cannot come with me because he’s better off with you? How does that make sense? And I’m sick of it.”

Another clip from Javi Marroquin’s Instagram Live segment shows him breaking down in tears when discussing his and Kailyn Lowry’s son, Lincoln, according to clips posted to teenmomshaderoom. He also noted that he doesn’t want his wife, Lauren Comeau, to have a relationship with Kailyn.

“This is what my son thinks is normal,” Javi says through tears. “It’s not normal. Crazy. So crazy. … It will never be OK, because we do not respect someone like that, with those morals, those actions. I do not respect someone like that. So, just because I keep it civil, and just because I can say hello to you at sporting events, does not mean I respect you, nor do I want Lauren and that person to have a relationship.”
